About
Riverview Golf Course is a beautiful 18-hole facility known for its undulating greens throughout the course. If you can putt on the greens at Riverview, you can putt on any greens. The full-service snack shop on site serves breakfast, lunch and an assortment of beverages. The Pro Shop has a wide variety of clothing and accessories that are available for purchase. Riverview carries men's and women's golf shoes.

One of the better Sun City tracks.
Efficient golf path routing keeps pace of play moving. Simple out and back layout but adequate space between holes prevents play from crossing into another fairway. Rolling greens can be challenging but are fun to putt.
Green's are very fast and most are sloped.
Nice layout, but mostly flat. The green's are fast and almost all are sloped so a ball on the upside is going to the downside if you don't hit the hole.
Just before overseeding!
Course is still in great shape with overseeding around the corner! Enjoy playing Riverview whenever I can! Always a great value!

real nice layout.... wide fairways...some water holes....some sloping greens.... a few hills.... a bit of everything without being overly tough...
Bad bunkers
Course was in decent shape with the exception of the bunkers. No sand or so compacted you were hard pressed to not blade every shot.
Challenging greens
I had a great time on this course. It was just long enough to make it challenging. The greens were well maintained and fun to play. I didn't catch the man's name working the counter in the pro shop, but he was very nice. I will for sure be coming back.
fun short course that plays fast....
Riverview was a fun course with some of the trickiest greens in suncity. From tee to green it's in above average condition. If they wanted to make it super tough they could cut the greens shorter,due to al the slopes and ridges on the greens. Any faster and it would just slow down play. Great varity of holes with just enough long par4' s to keep a player interested. I played as a single and didn't catch anyone until the 16 th hole and still got done in less then 21/2 hrs. My only complaint was not enough water stations on the course.
Great value /very good conditions
They seem to be upgrading the course- new parking lot, paint, etc. it is very good for this time of year. Was a god round, greens about 2.5 weeks being punched but rolling pretty good- fairways manicured & playing good. Only 1 complaint- they let 5-somes out which was horrible. They finally let us play through but it was bad waiting every whole. Sun city courses let 5-somes out & it's terrible!! Especially when they don't seem to want to let you play through. If they change that, I'd play there more often
A little short
Course was in good condition. I didn't like the rolling greens that much it was hard to get a straight in putt unless you were 2 ft. or closer to the pin, sandtraps were watered not raked. Course was a bit short. Overall it was a fun course. Staff treats you like an intruder

The course was in great shape. The greens were very receptive to shots.
Great course in Sun City!
Greens were aerified but still were running a 7-8. Grass was great on fairways and greens, rough was moderate. Bunkers were in good shape. Awesome price at $22 for this course. For the average player this course is great, not too long, not too short and gives all ability levels a challenge. After June 1st greens should be filling in nicely.
Player "friendly" course for all levels.
The greens were being aerated but we still had a great experience. I'm an average golfer and my wife is just beginning to play. This course was just right for her and yet presented good challenges for me. The distances allowed me to hit all my clubs and the pin placements made me think about the approach shots.
Greens are the defense of this course
Teed off as a twosome at 1 PM and were done in two hours and 10 minutes.
This course has an easy layout but the defense of this course are the putting greens. Very difficult as there are no flat putts.
At $15 this is the best value in town. For that price I would play it every day...
Fairways are wide enough for those errant shots
Course was in very good condition. It was fun to play, pace was good.
The course has some diffcult holes with water in play and also some sand bunkers to deal with.
We played as a foursome and it took a little less than 4 hrs. Has some great views. The staff was very freindly, Nice pro shop also a good putting and chipping area.
Super Greens, lots of contour, fair pin placements
I have played all of the Sun City Courses and this is by far the best. My only complaint is the sand in the traps, there is none. The traps and bunkers a just dirt and rocks.
The water and the sand and the greens make a good challenge on this golf course
My wife and I played this course 03/31/13 had a very nice time got paired up with a single, played the course in 41/4 hrs could have been faster but enjoyed the scenery, would play here again, everyone very friendly , and helpful
Really liked this course.
The course was in really good shape. Was a great deal for the money. Greens were challenging. We have played other courses in Sun City and find Riverview to be the best. We will definately play there again next year.

maybe the best sun city course, easily the best greens. I enjoy playing all the sun city courses willow creek palm brook and sun city south but I never thought Riverview would be such a fun but challenging morning. 4.5 the bunkers I needed a trowel otherwise. fun
