About
Deer Valley Golf Course offers a challenging game that will test golfers of all skill levels. The course has a beautiful rolling terrain with over 800 palm trees sprinkled throughout, providing a nice landscape but they can also affect shots since they border nearly all of the greens on the golf course. There are also sand bunkers that guard some of the greens, which are large, undulating, and oftentimes difficult to read. In addition, five of the greens are double-tiered. Ten ponds are situated on the course, coming into play on five holes. There are also some dogleg fairways to add to the difficulty at Deer Valley.

Cart policy
Starter made a single too pair up with me in my private cart. He was obnoxious would not shut up said he wanted to break 80 and shot close to 120. He had so much dog hair on his clothes that it took me forever to vacuum my wife is very allergic too animal dander
Sun City Gem
Outstanding conditions made the round so comfortable. From tee box to green it was very well manicured and maintained. Putting green, chipping areas and range were all tops. Bravo to my new favorite Sun City course. Can’t wait to play again.
Sun City West courses are very best for value. Always in really good condition
Perfect weather to play a perfect course
A bit shorter and easier than Granview and Trail Ridge but absolutely beautiful golf course.
Great course in Sun City West
Great course and unreal value as we teed off at 252p, walked the course, finished with no problem and all of that for a total of $38.
Hidden Fees / Beware of "Hot Deals" here
Golf now should be required to list all fees in the advertised price - not supposedly in the "fine print" after booking
We had a wonderful afternoon.
We had a great time, pace of play was very good just over 4 hours. The course is in very good condition highly recommend
Course was in good shape but was extremely windy which effected scoring on back nine

We waited on every shot, did not see the marshal until hole #16
Nice course! Friendly staff! Pace of play was slower than I would like, otherwise I would rate everything a 5.
Hidden Gem
Hard to beat for the $$, especially with deal times. Course is in great shape, and the greens are running well.
Great Designed Course
Deer Valley is the jewel of Sun City West. Lots of variety with beautiful views, plenty of water/sand/tree issues to make it a fun challenge.
Fun and enjoyable course to play!
If you want/need a forgiving golf course to work on your game, this is that. Love playing here and have my two best rounds ever there

Windy and rainy day so did not get to finish. but fun course. good condition. will definitely play it again when I can.
