So friendly!
Every single person that worked there was so NICE!! Went out of their way to make us feel welcome! Very impressed with the staff!!!
Bargain golf
We only had time for 9 holes and we had 4 players for under $100 with carts. Perfect afternoon.
Great bang for the buck
I am a BC resident and I really like golfing on this course. It's well maintained and a fun course that's not exactly difficult. But it's a fun day out. My only complaint is that there are times when people will hit into you, and it's happened to me quite a few times. Some people can be jerks here. If you report them the staff will do something but this is the only course where it's been an issue more than once.
MNice Las Vegas Course
As a Canadian that had not played since last October, this course was a good warm up to start the year.
Not a lot of elevation changes but enough traps and length to keep it interesting.
The greens were fast and had a far about of undulation in them.
The course was not perfect but was in good shape for a municipal run course.
A special note that the resident coyote was waiting for us in the middle of the 15th fairway. He did not bother us but just let us know that this was his territory
Unimpressed with Military Tee Time
I responded to the ad for Military Tee Time because of the 15% off offer.
I entered all my personal information regarding military service.
I then selected the golf course from the mil tee site (which had the little discount logo), and the site gave me a whopping 75 cents off the price.
I am definitely underwhelmed, and will not use the site anymore.
Challenging or Moderate, Your Choice
Boulder City Municipal Golf Course offers challenges according to your level of play. You decide if you want it moderate or difficult. Given the weather and the pandemic, the course has been nicely maintained. The Club house is not fancy, but it is welcoming and friendly, offering breakfast and lunch selections. The green fees are very reasonable. The clientele appears to be local rather than tourist centered. If you want to impress this is not a pretentious course, but if you want a good round of golf, with some challenges, and satisfactions, then this is the course to enjoy.
Slow play due to College Tourney
The weather didn’t pan out (hurricane wind - not the courses fault), but there was a college tournament and the pace of play was slow. The price was right and the staff were very friendly.
Repeat Play
Boulder City is our go to course here in Southern Nevada. If you enjoy a slow pace but challenging course, play Boulder City!
