Cascata

A couple of 2025 reviews have dinged Cascata for deteriorating greens due to water restrictions. It's probably tough to keep them consistently in shape during the hot Vegas summers, but I'm happy to report they were in good condition when I played this fall. They were slow for a five-star club, but they looked good and putted fine. The experience overall remains among the best of the best for public golfers. It's a classic Vegas experience: Over the top and one of a kind. Walking into the fancy Tuscan-themed clubhouse greeted by a flowing waterfall never gets old. The long range views of the valley take your breathe away out on the course. The uphill holes remain the toughest challenges, so take advantage of the downhill tee shots when you can. Forecaddies accompany every group to make sure golfers have a good time. How can you not on such an incredible landscape for golf?

Beautiful setting for a golf course with first class clubhouse and service but unfortunately the greens have been lost due to water restrictions imposed on the course. There are dead patches in all the greens making putting pretty much impossible. Fairways and tee boxes were fine but greens are severely damaged right now.

Played here a few times. Last time was the worst. The greens are really bad. Absolutely not worth the price. I can’t recommend Cascata to anyone right now. There are so many other better courses for way cheaper in better condition. If you don’t mind paying $400+ to enjoy the views and such. Then go ahead. But just know the greens are horrible shape as well as a temporary green.

Had a good time at the course, great layout, great clubhouse. However, the greens left a lot to be desired. Many of them are patched up, they have some spotty areas. The first green has a large area that is tarped over. The 4th green is closed completely and they have a temporary green setup. Greens were playable for the most part, but for the prices they charge, they should be excellent.

Also the waterfall/stream flowing down the 11th and 12th holes was shut off and it appears has been for a while. The course is not what it used to be.

This course has beautiful views. But the condition is horrible. The greens are all patched up. Tarps on a lot of them. Hole 4 par 3 is a temp green and tee boxes all way up. Fairways are pretty good. Bunkers are trash. Gravely and undertarps coming up in many of them. Absolutely not worth the price. Every other course in Vegas is in better shape. Even all the minis. Save your $$ and play elsewhere. And if you really wanna pay this price, Don’t say I didn’t warn you. It’s worth maybe $60 a round tops

First time playing here and the experience was outstanding. Our caddie Dave was great - friendly and very knowledgeable. The condition of the course was superb.

I’ve played on similar tracks that have elevation changes and great conditions for about half the price. I wouldn’t pay the premium again that they charge. For what it is I feel it is like most things in Vegas - overpriced.

For me the elevation changes are cool at first but after a while I just kinda wanted to get a few holes that were relatively flat. Virtually every hole is either uphill or downhill.

All in all a great time and I’m grateful for the opportunity to play here and get to experience this beautiful course.

I have been fortunate to now play several courses in LV and this is by far my new favorite. Each hole is it's own individual experience. Caddies are amazing and cool. Facilities are top notch from curb to range to 19th hole.

Played here as part of their Double Down Deal for here and their sister course, Rio Secco, which ended up being a good deal for both tracks. The conditioning here was superb from tee to green, especially given the very hot weather they recently had. The greens were about as perfect as I have ever putted on. The course has it all, water, plenty of bunkers, holes where shot making is at a premium, and a few where you can grip it and rip it. The forecaddy, Eric, was a great guy, super friendly, and definitely helped me shave a few strokes off of my round. Played on a Monday morning, so was not crowded at all. All in all, excellent round and would recommend.

We played Cascata the day after Thanksgiving and it was awesome. The entire staff were very friendly, the course itself was in very good condition, a couple greens were not as plush as I thought they would be but considering it’s November that is understandable.

Our caddie Q, was wonderful to spend a round of golf with. He was funny, polite and assisted all three of us evenly, although one of us spent more time in the bunkers than others.

The food in the restaurant was very good with more choices than I thought we would have.

The greens were very fast and with the course being built in the mountains there were not many straits putts nor flat lies. Hint on the first hole when you are behind the hole putting for birdie from 15 feet and the caddie says just to “breathe” it’s best to listen to him. I hit my putt what I thought was half the distance and it went by 10 feet. Made the comeback par putt though.

We really loved the course and the double down package with Rio Secco made it a no brainer.

The pro shop guys were great very nice, along with the beverage cart girl.

Don’t pass this experience up!

Course and service was outstanding!

Even with the corona virus conditions/ mandates.

Worth the drive and the fee..Keep up the good work y’all!
