SouthShore Golf Club

Hard to pick just 6 photos for this course. There is such a variety of holes all with breathtaking views. I don't think there is a standard Par 3 on this course, they are all either over water, elevated tee boxes, over canyons, or a combination. There are multiple downhill Par 5's, there are uphill par 4's over canyons, doglegs, there is no layout like Southshore. Our round went probably 10 minutes longer from all the photos we were taking.

Pace of play was a breath of fresh air after playing a bunch of courses where we were waiting on every hole. We did not have to stop the entire round for any group in front of us. All of the staff was friendly - starter, bag drop, cart return.

The course was in good condition. Greens were soft and held balls. Bunkers had good sand. Tee boxes flat and in good condition. Range grass wasn't ideal. Rough looked like it was almost back from winter dormancy.

It's a difficult course to walk around the grens. Almost every hole had steep slopes from where you were parking the cart to the green. The course is full of bunkers are very deep and difficult to get in and out of. We had almost triple the steps on this course as other courses we played.

This course is unique and amazing. the views are spectacular and will never get old. i am a recent member here and i am very impressed with the entire facility.

The fairways are wide and forgiving. The greens are true and very fast.

tee shots on holes 16, 17, and 18 requires to clear a canyon area of about 180 yards....
