Los Lagos Golf Course

This course is very solid for an easily accessible course right in the heart of the city and not at crazy Bay Area prices.

Weirdest part is the lack of Par 4’s, aside from that this course is best bang for the buck if looking for a quick cheap round at a course that isn’t a dump.

Everything good. Conditions great. Fairways and greens in good shape. Sand bunkers a little wet and hard to hit out of.

Beer and a dog after made it a great day.

My favorite course

My favorite golf course. Had a great day today. Course was in good shape. They are replacing some grass on #9, but that’s more than ok, shows they are keeping on top of things. Saw just a couple places where the fairway grass was a little thin. Otherwise, great shape. The 3 sand bunkers I managed to find were a little wet and not easy to hit out of. I just need to get better at the sand shots. The greens were a little tough to figure out but rolled ok.

The pace was good, slowed a little but opened back up.

Had a beer and a dog to end the day!

Pace of play was pretty slow. I don’t remember seeing a Marshall to help speed up the pace.

Played from blues and the course was awesome, greens were a little fast but it was hot. Overall a great day of golf.

I really enjoyed the layout of the course. The greens are tough, usually with tiers to them. Get comfortable with lagging your puts or knocking it to the proper tier. I couldn’t appreciate the tee boxes. Many uneven or closer to being more like the rough. There are 9 par 3’s. Practice with your shorter irons and chipping/pitching before your round. Some fairways were a little thin, but mostly well taken care of. I want to play it again. Fun course.

Great day. Had a T time at 1021, and right in schedule. Pace was perfect, weather was perfect. Golfed with a buddy and the office hooked us up with Jimmy to make it three. Great guy.

All conditions were very good. The sand bunkers I managed to find were in great shape. Fairways good and greens good. Some did not roll reel good but thats golf.

Lunch and a beer after sewed up a great day, will be back.

Tee time was at 4, arrived had no carts. Had a 4 groups in front walking, they group in front of us took their sweet time lining up putts like they were playing in the masters. Quit after 9 holes even though I paid for 18 because it was looking like a 7 hour round.

Really slow play in the afternoon. 2.75 hrs to play 9 holes. Ready golf is a must.

I play this course when I can get a very discounted price, because it is frankly a short course, they charge to much money and the conditions are not always ideal. This round the greens were NOT good, Aeration took place recently and they are NOT healed well. Also, there are many fairways that have huge bare spots right in the landing areas. It's a shame that it cannot be kept in better shape.
