Los Lagos Golf Course

Los Lagos is a solid B . Conditions are well above average for a mini in the Bay Area and the greens are not overly challenging or tricky but they roll true for the most part and are kept in nice shape.

The value for what you get is up there in the top among Bay Area tracks and although the unusual layout of mostly par 5’s and par 3 ‘s I enjoyed the whole experience and found it very helpful to put together a solid round as a golfer who is shooting in the 80’s

Los Lagos is a reasonable price. Staff has a great attitude. Course condition is excellent. Players, as with all courses, could show some courtesy and fix their pitch marks; unfortunately a-holes rule on the greens. I fixed three to five pitch marks plus mine on just about every green. Players, stop being such beasts please!

I know that every business needs to make money and for a golf course, the easiest way to do that is book more tee times. This makes golf not much fun to play. I don't know how many rounds I've played here where I struggled to finish all 18. This last one my group was only able to play 12 holes because of how many groups were booked. Also allowing walkers in front of groups with riders should not be allowed. The pace of play was so slow. We waited at every tee box for at least 10 minutes. The group behind us even played some holes twice because it was so backed up. I really do enjoy this course but until they can have a golfer first mindset and spread tee times out to at least 15 or 20 minutes apart, instead of the current 5 to 7 minutes, I don't think I will be back.

20 minute delay in starting time. 3 hrs to play 10 holes so I baled !! 5-10 minute wait on each hole then the same on second shots. On one hole there were golfers on the tee and two groups waiting Never saw a Marshal.

Not fun !!

We had a tee time at around noon, and the driving range was closed till 3:00 p.m.. this is unacceptable. Going to the first tee cold with no warm up often sets you up for a crappy round. Also there's a young black woman working at the snack shop / bar who has an attitude and gives hostile looks to the customers for no reason. Also, maybe because of the location this place seems to attract a lot of ghetto people. It ain't worth it..

Homeless living on the course. Tight course with balls flying everywhere, be prepared to dodge several balls.

Took me a 5 1/2 hrs to finish,super slow ,no marshal to check on the players ,greens pretty bad shape ,most do the the boxes are just dump ,no one work on the course to maintenance at all ,plus the smell of the nasa airplanes is strong .less that ad star

Nestled in between a neighborhood and a homeless encampment is Los Lagos. You can hit a nice drive just off the fairway and completely lose your ball in the rough. Insanely frustrating losing multiple balls just because the grass is too long. Spring valley and Santa Teresa>>>
