Golfer Reviews
Xmas Golf
Great value, fun course, would definitely recommend and play again!
Fun course, excellent greens, great value
We are visiting Myrtle Beach and have played this course 3 times. The highlight is the greens, they are the best we have seen of the 5 courses we have played. The course has a fun layout with lots of water hazards that require layups off the tee and forced carries to greens. This makes the relatively short course play longer. The course is in good shape for winter with a few rough patches but overall very good. Excellent value and pace of play.
Very nice course
It was our first time playing for the winter after a few months of Canadian fall closing. It was a very nice course, the greens were extremely fast but we had a great afternoon, were probably coming back
Good course for mid to high handicappers
Good deals on golf now. Was able to get it down to $13 with a coupon code.
Good layout and length for the average golfer. The par 3s are a bit long when compared to the length of the rest of the course.
Greens were really consistent and rolled well. Fairways were just ok, but I played in November so that is to be expected.
Great Round
I was in from Michigan playing this course for the first time. I was paired with three other people that were of a more advanced skill level than myself although I didn’t feel intimidated. Pace of play I thought was a little bit hurried, but nothing too bad. All in all I enjoyed this round And thought that the course was in really good condition.
Azalea Sands Golf Club review
I have only been playing for 4 years. Found this course to be inviting, wide open fairways. However, there are challenges along the way, some bunkers caught me, and some areas in the rough. I lost a few balls! I still enjoyed it very much, and I appreciate being challenged out of my comfort zone!
Rainy day golfing
Needed to check weather forecast before making tee time. Great price, iffy weather. Lost last two holes to. Rain.
Good value for the money
Have played Azalea Sands numerous times over the last several years. It is a player friendly course regardless of your skill level. Greens are in very good condition for this time of year. Played the course twice this fall both times in under four hours. Can be challenging from back tees but very fair from forward tees. Would recommend this course to anyone.
