Beachwood Golf Club

My wife isn’t a big fan of golfing with others because she isn’t confident in his playing ability. The starting manager accommodated my wife’s desire to golf just the two of us and even provided some tips for keeping a friendly pace. The course was a ton of fun and the staff was friendly from the time of picking up our clubs, to the drink cart all the way to the cart return. I will definitely golf here again!

I was expecting to get there and it be busy but there was one single in front of me on the front 9 and two groups on the back and playing solo allowed me to hammer through the course hit a 91 in 2hrs and 14 minutes. I really enjoyed the course and the conditions were really good. Will be back soon

Course layout and location are great. Course was maybe a bit dry. My only complaint was that there were a couple of blind shots with hidden hazards and no map or distance indications for first-timers. Great clubhouse with all of the amenities.

Beautiful mid November Day but pace of play was excellent. Marshalls & Cart Girls were very friendly,

Pro Shop staff was so so. Course is in decent condition and greens were fine even with the sand on them.

5.5 hours for 18 holes.. need t any players fault when teem times are 7-8 minutes apart. Gif n the new Superintendent a raise. Ye us doing amazing things bringing the course conditions back. Greet roll great bunkers redone, resodded areas all over the place. New tr and a planted.

Change the tee time intervals and you'll have a winner. Until then.. I'm out. 5.5 our rounds in November.. no thank you

Overall easy course very few challenges

Green fees have risen in Myrtle Beach, but Beachwood is at the lower end of the price spectrum. Course was in great condition just 2 days after a nasty nor’easter, on only 3 holes were carts restricted to path. Greens were excellent, balls rolled true and at reasonable speed. A couple of forced carries on par 3s, but otherwise no trouble for troubles sake. Overall an enjoyable round.

Love the staff. Friendly and helpful. Bill was great. Greens are friendly not many surprises. Enjoyed the birds, squirrels, and butterflies! Played the gold tees and pace of play was good. Thanks!

Had a nice time . Course was in Great shape . We got out on time, and played at 4:15 pace. Staff was very friendly. Recommend Beachwood if your looking for a traditional layout. Easy access right off route 17.

I certainly made this course harder than it needed to be! LOL

I found trees, pine needles, a pond, but the course is well laid out and maintained well.
