Beachwood Golf Club

Had a nice time . Course was in Great shape . We got out on time, and played at 4:15 pace. Staff was very friendly. Recommend Beachwood if your looking for a traditional layout. Easy access right off route 17.

I certainly made this course harder than it needed to be! LOL

I found trees, pine needles, a pond, but the course is well laid out and maintained well.

Greens are maintained very well and great staff!

Restrooms were clean (clubhouse and course).

Had a fun time.

Easy to get there and get everything for the round of golf. Only a very few bare, burnt spots; excellent shape in Fairways and greens. Tees needed a little care. Need more information about the holes for those of us newbies.

Course was in great condition, greens and fairways. Just the right challenge. Strongly recommend.

Greens were like putting on the beach. Sand traps were like concrete sod chunks all over to patch dirt spots cart paths were just pot holes in the dirt would not play again.

I like the course and I like the facilities. It had rained torrentially the day before so conditions could have been better. Naturally it was cart path only on this day and that helped to make the pace slow even though we started before 8a. The course amenities are dated but in well kept condition. I found everyone friendly but felt a little impeded by groundskeeping on 17 and 18.

Got there early -range was closed due to heavy rains all week. No issue. Started 15 min after tee time. There was a foursome on hole one who were beginners and someone was giving lessons to the group. Each person was hitting 2-3 balls (all dribblers) off the tee. Starter was right there by hole one - they took 10 -15 min just to get off the tee box and it was a snails pace thru out. Why would starter not go over and or send a marshal over to not allow this - no reason for this - took 5 hrs plus thru 14 holes. Had to leave due to extreme slowness. Not enjoyable.
