First round of the year
Course is decent for early March. Lies are tight to ground. Rough dormant. Not much green except the greens. Fast though 12ish.

Nice experience
Very fast greens, but nice, smooth and consistent with good pin placement. Bunkers had real soft quality sand - not hardened dirt like some other courses. Friendly crew. Enjoyable. Nice carts with GPS distances.

It was a cold day but not it was enjoyable more people were walking the course and were gladly letting us play through. So not bad at all

Enjoyed golfing here for first time. Not much rain lately so course was dry and greens super fast. Overall it was good course and I would return again.

Abs worth it
Bang for you buck. Nothing to complain about. Price is right for SC. Course is in good shape. Greens rolled true.
Fair course for shorter hitters like myself. Better players should play the blues.

Will never golf here again
The only good things about this course was they got me on within an hour of calling for a last minute tee time and the greens rolled true. However, they got me on because they overbooked. I played 9 holes in 3.5 hours. As a two sum. There were way too many people on the course. Additionally, I said I am only looking to play 9, they sold me on for 6 more dollars - I can play all 18 or as many as I wanted. So of course I took that deal. But after the extremely slow pace of play I was done after 9. Furthermore, everyone in the Myrtle Beach Area speaks extremely poorly of Azalea Sands. Never again.
