Canyon Lakes Golf Course & Brewery

Although this course is relatively difficult for the average golfer, still fun to play! Be prepared to lose a ball or two, actually lost 2 balls to gopher holes!! Scenic layout!

Pretty course. Great views. Little narrow. Lots of geese, turkeys and rabbits. Greens were slow in the fron but fast on the back. We enjoyed the day.

This foursome would have teed off at noon, we caught up with them by 8th hole in 2 hrs. They were painfully slow , and we spending unnecessary time on the greens, celebrating, talking and we’re fully aware of us waiting for them. Took almost 3+ hrs to finish back 9.

Nice course layout, every hole is different, some are a tight squeeze by looks off the tee. Definitely looking forward to coming back for golf or the craft beer they make on site!

One of the best courses in Bay Area . If is well maintained, challenging, fun and reasonably priced.

My first visit to this course but fortunately picked up with a couple that have played here a few times, and were very helpful! Will probably return in the near future !

Especially if you walk, this course can wear you down. I’d love to see the bunkers get some TLC

I had never been here before. Pace was a little slow, but that's how it is on the weekends everywhere. I wouldn't recommend walking because there's a long distance between many of the holes. I felt the front 9 was a little more forgiving than the back 9. Lots of elevation change. Some good water and sand placements. Greens were pretty fair for the most part. Bunkers could've been better, and there were a couple areas that looked under construction. I'll come back.

The worst bunkers for the price of green fees with cart. A lot of wet spots on the faorways. Greens are very slow and not smooth. Over 5 hours to play. No marshall on course. Check-in with the lady was not polite/rude.

You have to be ready for a long day whenever you play this course, especially on a weekend.

Tee boxes and greens have improved significantly over the last couple of months. Fairways are well kept.

Course is great because it's not your average golf course. Course is challenging enough without being abnoxiuos.

Good layout, fairways in decent condition, greens on the faster side but true. Better drainage required for bunkers, no rain but bunkers still had water. Have to be accurate and distance not the priority unlike other courses in the Bay Area. Enjoyed playing here.
