Maderas Golf Club

This was my first time playing this course. Excellent customer service. When I arrived, I was taking my clubs out of my car and an employee met me at my car and dropped off a cart to me. He took my info down and pointed us to the range which had balls provided at every station. The starter gave us a detailed recap of tge course and how to play the 1st hole. There was nottled water provided in the cart and also had random water ststions setup at various holes. After finishing the round, we returned the carts and the staff offered hot wet towels to clean ourselves off with. Really nice experience at this course. I forgot to add the course was very challenging, fairways and greens in pristine shape.

Very much enjoyed this course from the time stepped up on the first tee, the views are amazing with wildlife everywhere. The layout of the course is one of the best I’ve played it’s in great condition highly recommend this course and will definitely play again next time I’m in the area.

From the minute you arive to Maderas you are met with a great friendly staff ready to help you with your bag. Heading into the pro-shop you'll find a similar vibe, and tons of cool swag. The restaurant has tons of delicious food options and an amazing beer selection.

Once you get to the course you are met with stunning mountain views and a course that is prestine condition. The pace of play is just right, and the occasional visit from the local turkeys will have your group telling stories for days.

If you're in Poway then you gotta play this course!

Beautiful golf course but not easy to Play. The scenery largely compensate for it.

Beautiful course with excellent views. Extremely challenging, with well place bunkers, native areas and water. Greens were in very good shape with lots of contours. Main suggestion would be to add at least one tee box. Goes from 6350 to 5450. Vast majority of golfers need something in between. Pace little slow, mostly lots of long walks from cart to green. Turkeys, huge amount of Turkeys cruising around

Very nice golf course had all the amenities that you would need from a driving range putting and shipping areas. Grass wasn’t quite as green as it could’ve been, but it was very nice. I was lucky to have a person playing with me that had course knowledge otherwise it would’ve been a less enjoyable experience just because it is a very compact course And is a bit difficult with targets and hazards that it was beneficial that he pointed out to me.
