Coming along
Greens were slow but are filling in pretty good. Fairways were pretty decent. Yeah the course needs some TLC. Didn't stop me or anyone I played with from having a great time. Watch the Bryan Bros video on the course from a couple of months ago. I think they agreed, you can't beat this place for the price. Bonus, on the day I played I was able to get the front nine done in about an hour and 20 minutes. Teamed up with some people on the back and was still done in a little over three hours.
No carts, sand traps overgrown, etc.
They didn’t have enough carts for everyone, had to wait 15 minutes after my tee time to receive one. Didn’t mow the fairways, greens are basically dirt, not one sand trap without a full layer of grass.
We’ve been Pinetucked
After watching the Bryan Bros video of this course, me and a few buddies thought we’d give it a shot, for a cheap round of golf.. we were wrong.
Firstly, the man in the pro shop was rude to me and one of my friends on separate occasions. Treated us (30 year old grown men) like we were children and had never been to a golf course before. Very condescending.
The range: hard pan and sand.
The tee boxes: unlevel and sand
The greens: we putted on surfaces that resembled the moon all day.
Do not spend your money here. The people don’t care about the course, and it is the most uninspiring 18 holes of golf in this state. $35 on the weekend for this should be illegal. That’s how bad it is. Go to literally anywhere else and make them shut this place down.
it's not bad for the price
enjoy the exercise and fresh air, work on your swing have a little fun with your grandkids great for all of that
not a serious golf course, it's ruff.... but playable.
go have fun ....keep your expectations equal to the price and you will be fine 🏌️♂️
Needs So Much Work
Greens are not really greens in that they are a mess for the most part and your putt may go any direction since they are so bad. There was a lot of grass that needed to be cut but maybe they were short staffed. Super nice gentleman inside. I hope at some pint there is an effort made to bring the course back because it could be great.
Greens not in good shape. Very little grass in fairways.
Management was very courteous and professional. Course I was not in good shape. Greens were bumpy and some places no grass. Fairways were mostly dry and without grass. Easy access off I-77.
