Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon - Legends Course

Very nices course, very challenging for beginner, but also forgiving.

Enjoyed except for cart path only which slowed play considerably especially following two men's groups. The front nine cart path rule was justified but back nine had not been treated so seems it should have been 90 degree. Programming the carts perhaps was the problem.

Really fun day, the course layout is interesting, and from the black tees it was challenging. I could see that from the up tees it would have been less difficult. Course was in very nice shape compared to other LA area courses I have played. The staff was nice, it wasn't a busy day, so I ended up as a single and got around in about 2.5 hours. It was cart path only, so my bum knee was acting up pretty bad by the end, I wish I would have know it was cart path only before I played, forgot to ask if it is always cart path only... It's a bit out of the way, but I will definitely play it again on my next trip to LA

-Condition of fairways and greens; very poor condition and bouncing

-"Cat. Food"; awful cafeteria food

Great course. Especially for the bucks. It's always in great shape. Greens are not slow or too fast. Maybe on the speedy side, but very fair.

I'm playing here more and more these days.

Favorite course. Wide open fairways and challenging greens.

First time playing this course. I ended up playing as a single. For the first time player it is hard to know where you need to hit the ball to get the proper looks at the pins. Conditions were good. Fairways were green and greens were in good shape and rolling fast. I finished in about 2 1/2 hrs. Will be going back there again. I recommend this course

Very nice course. Wide open fairways and good greens. Played in 3:45. Would recommend.

We chose to play on Tues. the 4th of July and I ended up coming back two days later and played it Thursday and Friday as well... it's an enjoyable track, both fair and challenging and I like how it goes out and doesn't come back to the clubhouse. it's a beautiful walk and drive through nature. the course was in good shape and the greens were great. I highly recommend this course as well as it's sister course the Champions which is adjacent on the same property.

Course seemed to be in better condition then my last time I played here. If there was one beef, it was that some areas were too damp and others burned out. If somehow, they could get the excess water over to the burned out areas, course would look really good. For what we paid, was a good deal and would play again.

Legends course is in the best condition I have seen in a long time. Greens were a little slow due to last stages of recovery from aeration but the fairways and rough are excellent.

Without online notice, punched and sanded greens X-8 days; no sympathy from staff; although director of golf stayed he would call Golfnow to update conditions; also fairways too high. Normally a very good layout and fun course to play with tees for all handicaps. Golfnow was very responsive to situation.

Great course. Played it for the first time and loved it. The greens were aerated... hope they would give us this information before hand! But overall a great course and perfect condition. Will definitely play again!

Very good fairway condition. Challenging green. Playing pace was excellent. We were able to finish a round in 3.5 hours. I Will play this course again.
