Glen Ivy Golf Club

The course is improving following degradation a few years back. I will now return again.

I haven’t been back to play Glen Ivy in about a year. The last time I was here it was trying to get back to the way it was when it first opened. When I arrived I was definitely looking forward to playing but as I was paying for my round I was informed that we would have to play the back 9 twice because they were airating the front. I had previously checked and there was no mention of any course maintenance. When my friend was paying the informed him the back had just been punched the day before! I was never informed of that! Needless to say we asked for a refund! Not going back!

The cart provides a navigation for player to navigate the course. Cool

We had great time again. Very enjoyable and will be back for sure!

It was a little chilly, so we wanted to have a warm drink with food after the round. The restaurant closes at 5:30 PM.

Working staff could move it around. Staff were yelling at me to return the cart to a different spot.

It is a beautiful course.

My dad used to live on first hole, now he would live on hole 10. The front 9 is now the back 9. The front 9 greens are rough at best for putting. Back 9 a little better but still overall c- to D+ at best. So many owners on a narrow, hilly, tree laded course has not been good for this track. Not to mention some of the par 3's from back tees will wreck many score cards. I wish the whole track was as fun as hole 18 but not so. oh yeah final point...carts are insane there . if you get near cart sign you have to drive backwards to green. Then cart beeps at you in you fall behind from driving in reverse for a 100 yards. Not going back unless I have too. Go play Dos Lagos across the frwy instead.

I am JC card member but I don't want to be a member in 2025 because the tee time gives to another party, not allowed JC member to make teetime booking, even empty a lot of spots.

very slow play (no marshall) 4.5 hrs. did not finish. GPS system needs some adjusting 7th hole 95 yrs out the cart stopped. I like the course very much BUT it was a disappointing day.

Fun course layout with course being in good condition for January, very friendly staff in the bar/restaurant. The golf carts have a somewhat annoying feature of shutting off if you don't notice being too close to the yellow fairway marker, on some holes this occurred at 5-10 yards back from the marker which required backing up 5 or more yards. I guess golfer can't be trusted these days to not drive past the <cart> sign near the green!

The course was in very good shape. The play was very slow. There was a three some two groups ahead of us thar was very slow. If a course marshal had been out on the course I think they could possibly have sped up play.
