Eagle Creek is a British style course, from the bunkers to the chipping areas. It is a new 18-hole 7,198 yard-Par73 championship Orlando golf course and is located minutes from Orlando International Airport, near Lake Nona. Ron Garl and Howard Swan collaborated to design a course that has an old world charm with modern amenities. Eagle Creek is the first course in Florida to use the technologically advanced Mini-Verde grass, resulting in exceptionally fast and vibrant greens. Eagle Creek is a designated Audubon Silver Signature Course with lush landscaping and challenging play that features over 90 white sand bunkers reminiscent of those found in Scotland and England, with extensive bulkheads embracing water hazards and over 1,500 trees lining its breathtaking fairways.

Sad Greens

The Greens are really bad right now, absolutely not worth the 90 bucks. They were over sanded and very bumpy. I'll be back once the greens get better.

2nd stop on vacation

Eagle creek was in good condition and had some interesting holes. Fairways and greens in decent condition. If you’re in the area it’s worth the trip. I liked it and do recommend it.

Nice course

We played late in the afternoon so not getting 18 holes in was always at risk. Front nine was fine, but back nine we caught up to some local members who took over 5 hours to play their round.

Course layout was fine. No real surprises. Five Par 5's but the Par 3's had some good yardage to them. Played in March so the conditions were that of a course in March. Greens were in great shape. Don't know about the sane, didn't hit one all day.

Water World

Excellent course! A lot of water that really doesn’t come into play except for a couple of shots. Average golfers should play blue tees, played yellow and it was hard to reach greens in regulation. Recommend it to all!

ALJ Outing

We had a reunion of football players and reserved 3 tee times. The staff was courteous and competent. The course was in great shape and we had a ball. We ate lunch and hit the bar for a few beers after. Thanks to Mike and the entire staff.

Great Course

Challenging but very fair layout. No tricks like many of the courses in the Orlando area. The course is currently in very good condition.

The staff in the clubhouse is very helpful and friendly.

This is not a cheapie golf course, buts well worth the price. If you’re a mid- or low- handicap player you will really enjoy this course.

Course was in good shape. It's a resort where some fairways are lined with houses. None come into play as along as you don't have a huge slice. Played from the yellow tees (6300) which seemed to be very fair. Also played another course close by around the same price range - "Dunes" - and this was by far the better course.

Pace of play

Its a beautiful course that is in great shape. Pace of play here is just absolutely awful on the weekends. It is an absolute shame because the course is great.

Dear Rangers: YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN MOVE PEOPLE UP A HOLE IF THEY ARE ON A 5 HOUR PACE.

Happens all the time at Orange County National and it works great. First time warning, second time they get moved up a hole. If they don't move up ask them to leave.

It is such a shame for this beautiful course. Would play here regularly if they managed the course better. When a course gets stacked up you must have good rangers to move it along.

This course is tough to rate, while I do recommend getting out and playing it, as a Florida resident it cost me $150 for 18 holes, a ball marker, logo ball, and a large bucket of range balls. Although the course is in good condition and fun to play, it absolutely is not a $120(Florida Resident) per round course by any means. There are a number of other courses in similar condition and layout that are much more affordable. This is why I’m torn on this course, I believe I would recommend this course during Summer when the rates drop but not at the premium prices.

Pace of play was over 5hrs, the Ranger showed up on hole 16 to tell us he handled the slow people which is a little late considering we waited on ever tee box all day not including #1. Grill/Snack area was out of food at noon before the round and at the turn it was out of food again, had to order hard cold fries. I don’t rate courses on food, since I don’t typically eat, and I don’t change the rating based on pace of play in these written reviews.
