About
Eagle Creek is a British style course, from the bunkers to the chipping areas. It is a new 18-hole 7,198 yard-Par73 championship Orlando golf course and is located minutes from Orlando International Airport, near Lake Nona. Ron Garl and Howard Swan collaborated to design a course that has an old world charm with modern amenities. Eagle Creek is the first course in Florida to use the technologically advanced Mini-Verde grass, resulting in exceptionally fast and vibrant greens. Eagle Creek is a designated Audubon Silver Signature Course with lush landscaping and challenging play that features over 90 white sand bunkers reminiscent of those found in Scotland and England, with extensive bulkheads embracing water hazards and over 1,500 trees lining its breathtaking fairways.

HANGING IN THERE
They aren’t too bad at all. Greens should be good in a week or two, fairways and rough are probably best I’ve played all year. Really nice. The “iconic” bunkers are still being cared for. Same old Eagle Creek which is a good thing. Sometimes best to leave well enough alone. I played at 8:48, can’t speak to pace of play in afternoon, I’m sure it’s slow. I did see rangers out and about trying to keep everyone moving. No golf cart GPS but who really cares?? I have a range finder and gps watch.

This is my favorite course in Orlando! Course is always in great shape - even when the weather is bad! Great staff - I look forward to my next round!

UCF group
Started at 9:30 A.M. with our group. The weather was extremely ho with almost no breeze. We were advised of the aeration for the course but chose to play anyway. The course was great otherwise. Everyone took two putts and moved on.

Course needs attention and post covid updates
Friends in from out of town on a hot day. They were not impressed. My friends and I like to play this course. Usually in good shape. Price was right; course in good condition. But no water on course, to drink or to clean balls. No beverage cart. Had to buy drinks after 9 at beverage bar. We could not find yardage markers in fairways. Electric cart accelerator "surging". Felt like battery was dying. Maybe we were all just really hot, but not a good experience. Prepaid price was good $55.00, but there are better courses for same price.

Greens Are Slow... I Mean SLOW SLOW
Got a last minute Hot Deal and it was well worth it. The course is in very good shape except the greens are extremely slow. Chipping and putting was impossible.

Always a Great Course!!!
One of the top public courses in central Florida. Tee box to greens the course was in great shape. Just for knowledge the greens were punched what looks like several weeks to a month ago and have come back just fine. You can see they were punched but the ball rolled true and made no impact to putting and approach shots. Love this course every time I play. Looking forward to my next round!

Great track
Had a 1045 tee time. Arrived early. Staff let me play as a single and got right out at 1015. For fresh aeration the greens rolled great. Shot my lowest round of the year on this course for the first time ever playing it. Will 100% be back to play again. Staff was great. Only down side no beverage cart. Clean and secure bathrooms. This may be my new favorite course in central Florida. Well done!!

Slow play as always
Pace of play has always been a problem for Eagle Creek. Starter doesn’t pair people up. Course is ok condition. The greens were slow but rolled ok.
