About
Eagle Creek is a British style course, from the bunkers to the chipping areas. It is a new 18-hole 7,198 yard-Par73 championship Orlando golf course and is located minutes from Orlando International Airport, near Lake Nona. Ron Garl and Howard Swan collaborated to design a course that has an old world charm with modern amenities. Eagle Creek is the first course in Florida to use the technologically advanced Mini-Verde grass, resulting in exceptionally fast and vibrant greens. Eagle Creek is a designated Audubon Silver Signature Course with lush landscaping and challenging play that features over 90 white sand bunkers reminiscent of those found in Scotland and England, with extensive bulkheads embracing water hazards and over 1,500 trees lining its breathtaking fairways.

Getaway Course
This is always my getaway course from Orlando, because it is so close to the airport with minimal traffic. It’s a nice course, but we had the misfortune of playing behind an afternoon outing. The round took four hours and 50 minutes. This is a typical for this course. It was just our bad luck. Otherwise, I definitely recommend Eagle Creek.

Ver Nice Course
Eagle Creek is a very nice course that is located just 20 minutes from the airport. I always use it as my getaway course on my last day in Orlando. There are numerous very good golf holes, but the 18th is a fabulous way to finish, as long as you keep it out of the water!

Over Crowding
I've been playing this course for years. I'm also a disabled military veteran. I require a cart to myself due to my disabilities. It's never been a problem in the past, however sometimes they do require a pay an extra cart fee. Today, they wouldn't let me take a cart of my own. The manager claimed that it was due to the I was able to join a twosome and was able to get a single cart, but had to miss my tee time. They were so very ready to just refund my money and tell me to take a hike that I will not be back ever.

Always worth a visit
Great staff and great course. Generous landing areas, interesting layout and true greens made for a great day on the course. Always try to play a round here when visiting the area. It’s been a couple of years due to Covid and there are a lot more houses on the back nine now but they have not affected how the course plays.
