Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa - Pete Dye Resort Course

course conditions were good the greens were a bit slow for my liking. its a long walk to the pro shop from the car but they do provide shuttle. Par 70 so only two par 5s i like four my myself. My fault for not paying attention.

Overall depending on rate I would probably recommend or play again. $70ish

The course was in excellent condition. The fairways were often forgiving, sending shots back towards tge fairways minimal trees allowed for more greenscin regulation. Green slopes were very challenging, especially from side hill lies.

We Love this course, fun and challenging from any tee, stay in the fairways for best scores and views.

This was our first time at this course and although we had a great day, some of the events left a sour taste in our mouth. We decided to play another round immediately after our 1st 18 as the weather was so perfect. A few holes later, some members budged their way in saying that the were "sent" to #17 for their wine and dine. We had the course pretty much to ourselves, and while there were so many other empty holes, we were now waiting right behind this group. We ended up skipping a hole, and moved ahead of them again. When we were finished, no one offered to clean our clubs for us, even though we had waited for them to clean the other members clubs... There were a few other small things not worth mentioning as well.

Great course layout. Pace of play was acceptable. Being ferried by cart from the parking lot is an annoyance but not that bad.

Course was in great shape. I liked the lay-out too. Greens rolled well (although they did have their share of divots). Fairways were lush and rough was fair.
