Wekiva Golf Club

Great course and great time playing for the first time at this course. Only negative thing I would say is they need to mark 17th Teebox a little better. You have to go in between condos to get to the Teebox. Course was in immaculate shape, bankers were playable and overall had a great time. I will be back to play this course many times

The fairways were so hard you couldn't get your club under the ball. My fingers were swollen by the end of the round.

The pace of play was very slow with a total disregard by players to keep up with the group in front, instead they seemed to out for a casual Sunday stroll. A course ranger doing his job correctly could have corrected this frustrating situation. I will return to play the course again as we did enjoy it when we got to play a few shots without having to wait.

Played with a nice couple. Nice layout, fairways needed improvements with OK greens. Friendly staff and good pace of play.

Well guarded greens provide the challenge as against most generous fairways. Greens were being top dressed but still ran well. Fairways allowed for mostly solid hits, although there were the concessional tight lies. Electric carts were a treat. Staff most pleasant. All in all, an enjoyable round of golf.

Fivesome in front of us played in 4:15 which isn't bad but we were 4 quick players that waited on every single hole and could have easily played in 3:30 or less. Mentioned this to the staff and all they did was defend the time of the fivesome who apparently play together every day. There were at least 3 empty holes in front of the fivesome. Greens had lots of sand and fairways were thin at best. Good layout and good value.

Pace was very slow. Greens were great for putting . Fairways could use some work - a little fertilizer could go a long way.

My buddy is a real beginner and I'm 11 hcap. The course fit both our levels. It had enough challenge for me and forgiving enough for him. Played it twice on the trip, had fun time.

It seems like this course can become severely overbooked. When we arrived 15 minutes early for our tee time, there were players lined up from the first tee, all the way around the putting green. There was no starter and people were very frustrated. The only guy working in the pro shop didn’t seem to care and was very overwhelmed. That’s the problem making tee times 7 minutes apart in the winter season.

Course in good shape. Was a bit cold 40’ for first four holes but enjoyed playing course. Fairways were wide except for a few holes. Made for enjoyable round

Corse in very nice condition. 75 players if front of our group, but pace was steady. We all liked the layout and course conditions. Greens are about as good as it gets. Would recommend the course to anyone.

I have tried this course several times because it is so close to where I live, only to be frustrated every time. The pace of play is always horribly slow and the staff is nonexistent.

Scheduled as a single and was paired up with a twosome. We had a good round.

First time playing this course. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fairways in good shape and nicely mowed. Greens excellent. Just a fun day. We will come back.

Wekiva Golf Club was a huge disappointment! The course IS NOT worth the 40 plus dollars they changed. A lot of the fairways are just plan hard dirt. I understand it was a cold cloudy day however, this course needs a lot of improvement. Management needs to get improvement lessons from Stonybrook West Golf Club.
