Wekiva Golf Club

I always enjoyed playing this course but for the price point it's only average. They add difficulty not by making holes have obstacles but by length alone (like a 450 yard par 4). Nothing special and will use my $$ at same price point elsewhere. $32 for a twilight summer rate I expected conditions like the other resort courses at this price. I got a run of the mill average course.

Great course fair price, it is well worth the money. The course is quite nice with some minor challenges, and very different on every hole. There's not a lot of water so I didn't lose too many balls, amateur friendly. Great place for the money give it a shot .

I've always enjoyed playing here because the course is challenging but very fair. Has been in very good condition the last several times I've played.

Decent day. Nothing special, crazy slow (5 hour round). Greens were in good shape.

I have been playing here for years and the course has never looked better. This is in my opinion the best golf deal in the area currently.

Got behind a FIVESOME at 7:15. We were playing a three ball and the group ahead (fivesome) would not allow us to play through. Not only would they not allow us through but they parked their three carts in front of most greens and when not in front of the green were parked next to the green (within a couple of yards). There was never a ranger seen on the course. The pro shop indicated that they were "members" and just shrugged.

Although the course was just aerated the day before and the front nine was closed (we played the back nine twice) the course was in very good shape. The greens are very good and the tees and fairways are also good. The sand traps are in great shape.

It's a shame that a few members tied up around five groups and slowed play for all of us. Management should not allow fivesomes nor carts driven next to the greens. In the snack bar the "members" said "There's no way we were letting you play through". Golfers should be better than that.

The course is not well maintained and clearly they don't have the funds to keep it to the standard one would want. That being said for the green fees of $25.00 you are getting your monies worth. It's not a course I would play often, but once in a while it is enjoyable.

Pros: value for the money, great lay out, fast and protected greens!

I will return for sure!

Con: on the back nine there is only one water jar. My friend and I were dehydrated all of back nine. The staff needs to place two or more water jar in the back nine also when I asked the staff I didn't get a positive response which is why I decided to write about it!

Have played Wekiva for years and is well kept, but like most reasonably priced courses the greens are a bit weak with lack of rain lately

The course was good I enjoyed mine around I would go back and play again tomorrow if I could I am bringing a few friends to play next time I go a very good course

The course was in very good shape. The greens were well maintained. I plan to play this course again soon.

I played in the afternoon and the course is still in decent shape for as much play. It was nice to get out and pace of play was good this day. Sometimes it a little slow.

Worth it only if you get a Hot Deal. Good greens and layout. Fairways only fair condition so suggest moving the ball everywhere.
