About
Nestled in the foothills of Riverside County, Indian Hills Golf Club incorporates a range of different elevation changes. The elevated tees provide great views of the surrounding hills while the tricky raised greens make up the bulk of the course's difficulty. Conveniently, the spacious layout doesn't have any parallel fairways. The undulating terrain guarantees that you'll come across a few uneven lies and there are also a few tough blind shots in store. Water hazards come into play on a few holes as do strategically placed bunkers but the focus remains on the dramatic drops and rises of the terrain. There is an especially daunting drop on the 16th hole. The challenging layout and scenic views have built Indian Hills' reputation as one of southern California's best public golf courses.

Course in great shape Staff very helpful.
Pace of play excellent. Best bunkers around- all redone. Would recommend.
WARNING: 3-4 greens punched
This is a narrow and difficult course. But a good value. I wish we knew some of the greens were being punched.
Course has some issues
The morning of our round the pace of play was outstanding and the staff was very friendly however the course currently has some maintenance issues. Many of the greens are either sanded or in poor shape and some of the tee boxes were not good. Still a decent value for the money and I would play again.

Indian Hills
Nice course especially for the price. We had a 1pm tee time and the course was wide open, there was people there just seemed like everyone was playing at the same pace. The course is in good shape, I'm looking forward to my next round there!
Use every club in the bag
Reported in to the pro shop, excellent service which got my round off to a great start. Course was in surprisingly good condition even though there is a major heat wave and major drought. Tee boxes were level and well grassed. Fairways were mowed tightly. Sand traps all had good sand in them. Fringes were closely mown and high rough was also greenside. Great job by the course superintendent.

Green
Last week they were sandi g the green. After recent rains, the rough is thick and the greens are tough. Great course with great staff
Course is a good value!
For $60 on a sun am, course isn’t in bad shape. Greens are good , most fairways are decent along w the bunkers! I’d come back to play again for the price!
Fun course and fast round
Played with a buddy on a Thursday at 11am. Course was in good shape, and we had the course to ourselves. Played 18 holes in 3 hours, this is our new go to golf course!!!
Solid course
This was my first time back to Indian Hills in many years. I like the hilly layout of the course. Greens were overall nice, green and ran smooth. I enjoyed some of the pin placements on tiered greens where you had to hit a precision shot to get onto the same tier as the pin, or else you were almost guaranteed a three putt! Enjoyed playing course, wish it had a range to warm upp at before starting. Play was a little slow until Marshall finely said something to the groups in front of us. Overall a really solid course that can challenge all skill levels.
