Indian Hills Golf Club
About
Nestled in the foothills of Riverside County, Indian Hills Golf Club incorporates a range of different elevation changes. The elevated tees provide great views of the surrounding hills while the tricky raised greens make up the bulk of the course's difficulty. Conveniently, the spacious layout doesn't have any parallel fairways. The undulating terrain guarantees that you'll come across a few uneven lies and there are also a few tough blind shots in store. Water hazards come into play on a few holes as do strategically placed bunkers but the focus remains on the dramatic drops and rises of the terrain. There is an especially daunting drop on the 16th hole. The challenging layout and scenic views have built Indian Hills' reputation as one of southern California's best public golf courses.

Indian Hills
Course is in good shape overall
Greens a little fluffy but undamaged
It’s okay
I really wasn’t expecting anything for the price of the course. It’s an okay course, nothing bad but nothing great. Greens were actually in pretty good shape, the fairways look like they are being brought back to life but still need a lot of work,as do the tee boxes. The elevation changes are pretty cool. Overall it’s okay ,but for $45 it’s fun.
Not worth the drive
Got a tee time on Golf Now same day so I thought I'd give it a try. No driving range or hitting net. Fairways were spotty with bare spots though mostly okay,. Greens were good but slow. Course has extreme elevation changes; one hole dropped 100 feet or more from the blue tees to the fairway. I dislike hilly courses and consider them gimmicky. Not worth driving past other courses I prefer such as Goose Creek or Los Serranos.
New to me!
I had not played here and I was pleasantly surprised. No driving range, but the course was in good shape. .
Outstanding golf course
Great course to play close to home
Solid course
Solid course for $50! There were a few tee boxes with great views giving you that especially reward you for hitting a solid drive. Greens are tricky but are we’re in great condition considering I had a 12:50 tee time. Will definitely come out here again to play!
Round of golf
Had a great time, very slow at times, really like the elevated tees, will play again
Good value
Much better than when I played it a year ago. Greens were fast. Good value for the money and the gentleman in the pro shop/starter was exceptionally kind and helpful. I will go again soon.
Always a Nice Round
Had some tough Santa Ana winds today, but still a fun round. Greens are in great shape
Much better than last time
The course is in great condition. Greens are coming back into shape and minimal bumpiness with a truer roll. The downed trees were cut up and the hole mostly repaired on 18.
Checkin was a breeze and we got out early. Great pro shop experience.
Tried to call the snack bar at the turn on both the intercom and by phone… no answer. Ordered at the counter after waiting about 4 minutes and had to go find someone.
Listened to the employees talk about being paid incorrectly with the barkeep… could’ve done without that.
Overall was a great round at a quick pace. Finished up in 3.5 hours as a twosome.
