Grand/Royal at Grand Palms Golf & Country Club

Except for few greens, specially on the Sabal, which were in terrible shape, it was a nice round of golf overall.

It smells. There are ants. The greens are 50% dirt. There are dead fish floating in the water. The course itself is not too interesting. The staff was nice.

The condition of the greens were the worst I have ever played on. Not one green was even playable in my opinion. If a course has playing conditions as such should inform golfers so we can decide to play the course or go somewhere else. Then it’s on the golfers if they pay to play. I think the booking agent should take some responsibility in the allowing to book tee times with these conditions. Very disappointing and I would be ashamed to say that this was a value to play the course.

Do not play until course gets redone. Greens are in terrible condition.

Greens were awful, it was like putting on asphalt with sand on top of it, like I wasn’t able to putt smoothly the whole round. Unless the greens improve, I will not be returning here.

The course is in very poor condition the greens are absolutely terrible there's more sand than grass. This used to be a top course for the money now not even worth the 35.00 i paid .it needs to be closed or shut 1 course at a time and repair the greens

Greens are not playable loaded with sand and holes, they need to close it and renovate the whole course..Go somewhere else don't waste your time and money

Nice layout, pretty well maintained - except greens. Something going on with the greens, as the really were not playable.

This course should be close for renovation ! All the Greens are finisb, no grass. A lot of holes on the Greens so its impossible to putt

They should pay people to go there and play those greens are worst than a war zone, , if you want to waste your $23 go ahead, that's the reason why is so cheap but isn't even worth the $23 + fee , who is managing that course obviously someone who doesn't have a clue Shame on golfnow for allowing people to loose their hard earning money going there and the employees won't even give you a heads up..I left before finishing my round.

The green of Savana seems to be repaired. If this is completed, I can recommend playing golf in this course.

Fairways, rough and tee boxes in fine shape. Greens were unplayable. Bare spots more than grass.
