Grand/Royal at Grand Palms Golf & Country Club

The course layout was fun and challenging, however, the greens are really, really, really bad. I felt like I was putting on the surface of the moon. It’s hard to justify spending what I did, when all I’m doing is playing a round of golf where putting is basically a non-factor.

Played here for years and was always satisfied. The place has gone way downhill since. The entire course needs alot of tlc. The greens were all terrible. They should refund anybody’s money who has been ripped off playing there.

Good price but you’ll be so frustrated with sprinklers constantly going off and the greens are the worst I’ve ever played in south Florida. Not even close.

Greens are not good at all. They are working on improvements.

Have not played this course in some time, GREENS WERE HORRIBLE, WORST i HAVE EVER SEEN.. Fairways and tee boxes were average condition, would not recommend playing there until the greens are back to normal. Probably will take a few months many of the greens were half sand only.

Except for few greens, specially on the Sabal, which were in terrible shape, it was a nice round of golf overall.

It smells. There are ants. The greens are 50% dirt. There are dead fish floating in the water. The course itself is not too interesting. The staff was nice.

The condition of the greens were the worst I have ever played on. Not one green was even playable in my opinion. If a course has playing conditions as such should inform golfers so we can decide to play the course or go somewhere else. Then it’s on the golfers if they pay to play. I think the booking agent should take some responsibility in the allowing to book tee times with these conditions. Very disappointing and I would be ashamed to say that this was a value to play the course.

Do not play until course gets redone. Greens are in terrible condition.

Greens were awful, it was like putting on asphalt with sand on top of it, like I wasn’t able to putt smoothly the whole round. Unless the greens improve, I will not be returning here.

The course is in very poor condition the greens are absolutely terrible there's more sand than grass. This used to be a top course for the money now not even worth the 35.00 i paid .it needs to be closed or shut 1 course at a time and repair the greens

Greens are not playable loaded with sand and holes, they need to close it and renovate the whole course..Go somewhere else don't waste your time and money

Nice layout, pretty well maintained - except greens. Something going on with the greens, as the really were not playable.
