Great bang for your buck
Nothing fancy, but a very enjoyable layout and the greens were rolling great. Could patch up grass in few spots but for $40 I’m not going to complain at all. Will definitely be back soon!

The course is really spread out. Pretty good condition. I especially like the fast greens. I imagine grass is thicker in the summer. Good alternative if you can't get a tee time at Palm Harbor or if you just want a change of scenery.
Playable course
Cyprus Knoll isn’t a challenging course. Fairways are pretty open, just a couple of holes where water comes in play but there are bunkers to avoid. The course was in reasonably good condition of mid Jan. Green speed was moderate, not slippery but also not slow. Fairways were in pretty good shape. The carts were functional, they got me through the 18 holes but mine looked like it was in a collision. The other carts I saw weren’t in much better condition. The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly.

Nice course in good shape course and nice people The greens were very slick. Nobody could make a putt all day.
Good course
I have played this course many times over the past few years and I must say that the greens are in the best shape now than ever before. I like the course and will play again in the future, if I can get a tee-time! My only concern, and it is a minor concern, is that some of the t-boxes were a little shabby but it is obvious that they are trying to make improvements,

Most improved
This course is the most improved in Palm Coast over the past two years, greens are very good, Sand traps getting mush better. Fairways a bit hard pan. But it is winter.
