Indian Canyons Golf Resort - North Course

This course was in great shape. It is a little easier, being with generous fairways. But, since this was our second time out, rough Chicago spring, it worked out great before tackling some harder courses.

The course itself was just average. Longer cut fairways then most other courses in the Palm Desert area. But the history with Frank Sinatra hosting tournaments in the early 60's when the course opened, the water fountain that Disney donated. All the black and white photes. Now that stuff was cool...

85°, few players on the course, perfect greens, and a 4-over round...what could be better!

Great old school course that deserves more play!

Great round, especially for the price. Greens in great shape and good speed. Sand traps could use a little more sand. Pace of play was 4 hours. Totally met my expectations.

The North course is a much more challenging test than the South course - fairways are narrower, significantly more doglegs, generally longer holes - and it would be a great course if there was more sand in the bunkers. The fairways are in great condition and the greens are rolling fast.

Palm Springs - 85° and no wind @ noon...can't be beat. Green fairways at perfect height and greens running 11-12 and never smoother. Lastly, played in 3hrs. 15min!...felt like our own private C.C.

Luv this course! Everyone runs to the South course, but North Course is a real gem! Gr8 conditions, the best staff of any course in the area.. Treat folks like family.

Less busy so you can relax and not have a Marshall pushing you... price is always fair as well! I’m paying 35.00 for 18 with Golfnow. Greens roll nice... fairways are watered n green... and the course is very scenic. Feels like a Country Club rather than a Public Course. If you want amenities, go over to South Clubhouse .

While we all played decent we just had an enjoyable day.

Arrived there with 2 ladies and myself on time. The guy came and began loading our bags and telling us it’s fully booked and we were arranged with other single player. That is fine. But they said I have to ride with the same cart with the stranger!!! They said it’s fully booked and they don’t have extra cart for me!!! I didn’t mind playing with strangers but didn’t want to sit in the same cart all day long, I explained but the guy who took our bag and clubhouse staffs said there were no way but sharing cart. I never had issue with playing with others but never ever was suggested to sit in with same cart!! We were all upset and told them walk away and finally they gave us an extra cart. At the 1st tee, starter explained 90 degree rule to me at the beginning and we followed but she, the starter drove to my wife’s friend and told her to follow fairways! We were not playing slow and there were no players behind us at all!!!

A nice day got ruined by mean guy with rudeness. Will never ever go there again in my life.

Really friendly staff. Course was in great condition. Nothing tricky about the design. My wife and I totally enjoyed our experience!
