Wow we read the reviews after booking the tee time and should not have booked. The course is in very rough condition. The price was way too much.

The layout is actually quite good but hard to overlook very poor green conditions. Rough was non existenc and wet, Cart paths were very run down.

From what I have seen the south course is in much better shape.

Playable and scoreable. Greens roll better than they look. Wide fairways .

Layout is not to bad. Greens were very bumpy, carts paths non-existence, fairways were fair to good.

Could be a nice course if some upgrades and maintenance were performed.

Friendly staff in the pro shop and bar.

Played both North and South courses. Well maintained greens and fairways.

Gave them only two stars for amenities as they have terrible cell service at club and no wi-fi so could not make calls or access internet to call uber to take back to hotel.

Had to walk long distance to get good signal in order to get ride. I would believe this is a common occurrence as the other party i was with was having the same issue.

Put some guest wi-fi up to help your players.

Quite a disappointment as this course needs lots of work. The staff were friendly but we paid $100 to play this course that is severely in need of maintenance. The fairway bunkers were terrible & the green side bunkers were moderately better, at least they had sand but the edges hadn’t been trimmed in months. The staff were very friendly & told us there were problems with the over-seeding but they still took $100 for US from us. I would not replay this course based on the value provided.

A little TLC and this could be a great golf course. Great location and layout, just needs love.

Unfortunately, IC North is in terrible condition - no sand for the bunkers, greens are bare, rough is a weedpatch! Definitely off the rotation!

Greens are terrible. Fairway bunkers are being neglected. They said they have not decided what to do with them. Just decide. Abandoned is not Answer without sodding

The course has no cart path and the rough was all dead grasses. Disappointed

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I was playing as a single and they even let me start earlier then my tee time. They spaced the times out reasonably but it’s just the golfers that were on the course that were incredibly slow… so much so I bailed at hole 11 after close to 3.5 hours because I couldn’t take it. I asked one of the staff members and this seems to be usual. For almost 100 buck this is not worth it at all.

The greens were not up to what they usually were in years past or to comparable courses in the area. Looks like the overseed didn't take very well; greens were bumpy, but still a fun course.
