The Club at Emerald Hills

One of the better golf courses that I have played at..First rate facilities and staff. Plenty of Tee options to choose difficulty but even the white tees are challenging. Greens and fairways are in great shape, but some Tee Boxes are a bit worn. Lots of water and dog legs, making it difficult if you aren't a big hitter that can get over water easily.

This course was really fun to play. It's my new favorite course to play. This course is what I wish Country Club of Miami looked like. The layout reminded me of it, but better manicured. Greens were great, no patches, hardly any weeds on them. The greens forced you to not be scared to putt, or you'll be short every time. Planning my next round, and come back in about 3 weeks!

I grew up in fort lauderdale and this was my first time at this course. The staff was excellent in how the prepared us for the course. I rented clubs and purchased balls there for a reasonable price. Only ended up playing 9 of the 18 holes because of a thunderstorm but was given a raincheck to use on another day to finish playing the course or to be used in the gift shop. I probably should have taken a few lessons before trying to play this course but our group played best ball and everything worked out fine.

A very challenging course, especially if you play the longer Tees. Greens and fairways are are great shape. Off course amenities are outstanding with ice and bottled water provided for free to fill the cart cooler. If you can get a good deal and want a challenge, I highly recommend this course.

we have had some challenging weather but regardless the greens were fine a little slower than they appear, fairways were cut tight, rough is rough traps need some attention but the view of hard rock guitar is worth the price of admission

I played this course 2 years ago when my daughter started school locally and liked the layout. The only major problem that day was the greens had been sanded so I figured I would try it again. This time was more disappointing. The tees boxes were essentially dirt and they were doing maintenance on the greens, leaving piles of grass everywhere. Maintenance crews were working everywhere and I had to wait on them on several holes to hit a shot or putt. Suffice it to say, I will not be going back, which is a shame because I think the course has a lot of potential.

The course reflected recent weather conditions.There had been heavy rains in Miami and hole 1 was closed so they discounted my round. It was cart path only since there was still a lot of standing water on the perimeter on the course but the fairways were mostly dry. The greens were EXTREMELY slow owing to the fact that the weather had likely prevented them from mowing as regularly as they'd like. Staff was friendly and the bar looked fun but I didn't partake. I'd love to come back when it isn't so wet.
