Tough Course, Greens not the best

A very hard and long course. Greens still had aeration punch marks from aeration done over a month ago so ball didn’t roll well. Some tee boxes were in rough shape. Other than that this course is an affordable challenge for anyone, well worth the $30-$40 deal you can get on GolfNow some days.

Dodging the rain

Nice course, rain was forecast but luckily only got a few sprinkles. Thunder storms in the distance.

Pace was extremely slow initially as we were only 2 behind a slow 4 ball. But after they called us through on the 7/8th we were much quicker.

The tee boxes were very rough, not mowed, especially on ladies tee boxes. Some of the fairways were very lumpy but overall course was very playable. WE enjoyed our round.

Best bang for your buck in South Florida

I have played Emerald Hills before, but this time I played at 2pm on a Wednesday (perks of being unemployed). I paid $29 plus tax ($31 Total). This was a HUGE STEAL even for golf in 95 degree weather in South Florida. The course has been maintained very well and I think has improved since the last time I played it 18-24 months ago. The price will rise after October so take a day off of work and hop on this deal while you can!

Nice Layout but….

Booked a tee time as a single paired with a 2sum. Got to the course and checked in one hour before tee time. Arrived at starter 20 minutes before my tee time to find out my group teed off 15 minutes earlier.

So there I sat as a single behind multiple 4sums who were playing from the wrong tee boxes, slow, and not a ranger to be seen on the entire course.

It’s a holiday weekend, how about a ranger? Left after 12 holes totally frustrated

Great layout very long but fair course

The greens are almost healthy and true and the course is in good shape some patchy areas here and there but overall a great course for a great price....very long from the back tees but from the blues and white tees such a fun time.
