The Club at Emerald Hills

Bought a Tee Off special with a 1038 tee off.

Pace of play was good. Course overall was good.

Challengung.

Flood watch for 2 days. Kids going nuts in the room. Wife made me change hotels after the 1st night. Just prayed for a little time to myself. Cart met me at my car. No push to join a group. Cart path only. Every lie I had was great conditions (aside from the ones up against the tree stump but that’s just me). Even along the water! Pay half as much as Massachusetts and get 3X the experience.

The staff and pricing are very good. Great people and I think the price reflects the state of the course. Hopefully they make improvements to it. Layout is good.

Nice course. they give you water bottles - which is nice, better than having occasional water coolers. The best hole is the Hardrock Guitar hole. But the tee boxes and fairways need more watering, grass, and landscaping to transform this into a top-notch course.

For a public course, the staff was great, the grass was green, the greens were pure, smooth and not too fast. AND, the price was no higher than many other local inferior courses. White white tees at 5,300 and back tees a 7,900, it's a challenge for any level.

We've played EH golf course many times over the years. The price was fair for the offseason, and the course was pretty empty for a morning tee time. The greens ran a little slow, and one par 3 on the front was almost un-puttable, but they are in decent shape the rest of the way. Played from the Blue tees to accommodate an older player in our group, and those tee boxes were in horrible shape for the most part. I would typically play one back and those boxes looked better, as well as the tips. The blues must be the most used. We never saw a beverage cart, but it was a slow day. If someone passed by at least once that would be nice. It was an overall good round, we'll be back there.

I've always liked this course and in the past it has been in great shape. I did notice some of the greens are in horrible shape along with some of the tee boxes. Sad to see this incredible course not kept up.

One of the golfers in my group had played the course 15 or so years ago and raved about it....Not anymore. While the layout was fantastic the course is tired and the conditions were poor. Range was in awful shape. Tee decks unkept with little grass, greens on the front were rough especially the first par 3 which is unplayable. The fairways were good and the greens after the first 3/4 holes were pretty good and the best feature. Clubhouse is tired, mould in the locker room.

You can tell at one time this was an exceptional course but unfortunately not anymore. The staff were exceptional from start to finish! Unfortunately this course needs ALOT done to save it. I hate to say i don't recommend.
