Nice Layout - Rough Condition
I Was scheduled to play Cypress course.
Ended up being diverted to Oaks due to heavy play.
My playing partners informed me that Cypress was a better/nicer course.
In any event, the Oak course layout is very nice and esthetically pleasing.
My/our only criticism is that of course maintenance. The fairways have MANY unfilled divots. The bunkers have few rakes and are full of footprints. The greens are soft and covered with deep unfilled ballmarks.
Nice Course - Rough Condition
This is very good course, however MANY unfilled divots, unraked bunkers, and unrepaired ball marks on greens.
Staff need to inform individuals before play to fill said divots, rake bunkers, and repair ball marks.
First Time
First round here, overall, I like the course. I had an early time and played in just over 3 hours.
The course was in good shape, greens were true. A few tee-boxes were a little rough but overall, very solid.
I enjoyed the round and will be back.
Classic Florida
Mostly a good experience on a classic South Florida course. Greens were good and rolled nicely. Tee boxes and Fairways need improvement—are chewed up on some holes. A few bunkers need more sand. Giant iguanas and other lizards get your attention.
Palm Aire Cypress
Pleasantly surprised. Hadn’t played here since last Fall- course conditions very much improved.
Greens, fairways, first cut of rough all very good. Some tee boxes and cart paths could use a little work, but layout and price makes this a terrific value. Looking forward to returning.
Get out and play
As what I consider my home course, this is a pretty straightforward course. The greens are better than the palms course and about the same as the oaks. The tee boxes could definitely use some love but the fairways are decent. The staff is very friendly and always attentive even with its faults it is still a fun course to play.

The staff here are life savers, Literally . They were extremely helpful and attentive when I needed it, I cannot thank them enough! Special thanks to the starters, the personnel of the pro shop, etc.
