Course is in great condition.
Course conditions were very good. Pace of play was too slow.
Palm-Aire courses
Both course just need a lot of TLC and work. They're older courses with decent layouts but the conditions were less than I expected. I played the Oaks which is less of a value than the Cypress.
Cypress Not Playable
i have never lost so many balls just off the fairway. Poorly mowed fairways, tee boxes poorly maintained to the point that some were just dirt. i understand this course doesn't charge much but for the price, there are really good courses for about the same amount that are in far better shape.
You may want to look elsewhere
Great course
Teexd off @ 3:08 on su day afternoon by myself and moved right thru 18 with no problem. The course is in great shape and the greens were especially nice. They were smooth and fast. Overall great place to play.
Palm Aire Cypress
I'm a female ~ hdcp 15, I play from the white tees at both Oaks and Cypress courses. Easy course. Wide fairways, not much water. Today they had sanded the greens but failed to mention that when I booked.
Great course to open up on your driver!
Plenty of opportunities to hit it long on this course. Greens are well kept and I found the layout to be challenging. Looking forward to going back.
Always a good course to play
Greens were in very good shape, fairways were in good shape as well.
We paid $30, which was good value for money here. Played on July 4th - course was in decent condition considering it was mid-summer. Greens rolled very smoothly. It can be challenging from the tips too... some tight shots and greens are undulating in places.

Longest day
We were caught in a thunderstorm on 3rd hole par 3 we left balls as they lie. We were with good few guys under the bathroom cover. Rain ended sun out. We finished 18 holes. Only prob. We saw everyone left but the two guys waiting for our cart.. they. Were ok with us. Prob surprised to see us. I guess 8:30 was a long golf day. We thought a school league was behind us.
They were very nice we got our bowling game in at 9:15.

Nice layout
Always enjoy the layout at this course. Greens were a little slow because of the rain but still fast enough.
