Getting better
Sand for tee boxes back 9. Looks better but still needs new grass or seed in a lot of places

It’s nice but nothing special. Did like there is a range and you could play at ease but it did get backed up.
This course is a fun place to work on your golf game.
This course is a great place to work on your game. It is short but narrow and it allows for a lot of shot making opportunities and strategic choices.

It was pleasant..friendly ataff... nice greens..narrow at times..a couple of challenging areas..
This course is well taken care of, and good greens
The course has great staff, best in Temecula valley. The course manager is a knowledgeable and hospitable golf professional.
Fun day at the colony
Course is always fun.. also narrow, and challenging at times.. also plenty of birdie look so and pars to be had If your on it.. only few things I wish could improve I still the greens not being so wet/slow and a couple of the tee boxes could use some improvement/ flattening.. other then that the colony always comes thru for a solid, casual, fun time ! Simple review for a simple fun course
Friendly Staff
Need to keep the basement entrance towards the restrooms clean and dry to avoid guests from slipping (especially when you're going down towards the restrooms) thank you

If you are looking to golf and can't find something in a fair price range golf here. Course is older and need of some Love. In her day i bet she was a real nice short course.
Stinger!!
Challenging layout have to use a lot of creative shots to just stay out of the trees it is a short course so birdies are possible just have to keep it straight.
New management
Was very impressed with staff and professional service fairways well maintained and greens were very professional maintained would play there again.
Brown with too much water all at the same time.
My wife, and I recently moved to
Murrieta, and want to try all the local courses. This one was a fail, and too bad too. The layout is good, but it hasn’t been kept up well at all.
The course needs a huge amount of work, and a better hydration plan. It was brown from being burned, but sopping wet at the same time.
A ball hitting the green simply plugged 2/3 of the way into the ground. No release, difficult to judge the speed of putts because of the amount of water, and hadn’t been rolled either so they were lumpy.
All in all I was displeased with the quality of the course, and probably won’t return. However, the price was pretty low, and a novice golfer probably wouldn’t notice some of the issues.
