Mission Trails Golf Course

Happy that the course was in “good” condition. Very Lush for this time of year. Greens were not fast, but they rolled “true”. Lots of different types of holes. A few par 4’s that you can Bomb driver and possibly come close to or even on the green. Super good value in the San Diego Atea.

MT always gets a yearly visit from me. I play all over the county from Fallbrook, Torrey Pines, Chula Vista.. For the Friday morning that I played , again 4/5 stars. Yes there are bare spots in the fairways and the rough can be frustrating but the greens were in good shape and rolling consistent. The value is Par for the course teetering at birdie level. MT is challenging enough to be fun and you can't beat the scenic Lake Murray on the back 9. The missing star.. food and beverage cart never made an appearance. It was July, lots of wet muddy collection areas on cart paths and around the greens. I'm still going to come back and visit this old friend.

you should include riding price instead of walking price as this course is built on the side of a hill and is hard to walk

Course eas very rough. Tee boxes had long grass. Greens were respectable. Not happy with overall course conditions.

Lost balls that were 3 feet from the cart path. Can barely tell the fairway from the rough. Some tee boxes were legitimately just dirt/sand. Used to play here consistently 3 or 4 years ago and it wasn’t the best, but it was playable and was cheaper. In its current condition, it should not even be considered for the price it’s at. Do not play here.

We got over here on a vacation and the yardage on holes varied which was nice with the course in good maintenance. Very friendly cart girl and an observant ambassador roaming the course. I'd recommend if you wanted a relaxed experience but not so much if you are competitive and wanting to get a fast round of golf.

Not the best option, but it exists. Course has been in rough condition, starting at hole one, if you go right at all off the tee you can guarantee you’ll lose a ball in not trimmed grass.. this trend continues on almost every hole. An empty old cup hole on green 8 that never got filled, weeds in bunkers, punched sandy greens right now… yet still come back for some reason? If you want a cheap last minute round it’s an option, just usually leave wondering why you came back

Cut the grass!!! Not a tough concept. Been playing at this course for 50 years. Just about the worst I’ve ever seen the conditions. Take some pride in your course boys.

Terrible shape, charged too much when you have punched greens and sanded, should have advised and discounted the round.

The course is in rough shape. Really overgrown rough, limbs down, greens just got aerated. Any balls on the fringe get swallowed by 6" of clover and crap grass. Not so good for $72.00
