Mission Trails Golf Course

I like that I get to use all my clubs on this course. No need to hit the big dog on all the par 4's and still get your par. Greens were aerated so not rolling as smooth as usual, but every course has to do it. Would be great if they did front 9, then back 9 instead of all greens at once. Pace of play was great, staff in pro shop was not that friendly or courteous. Cart girl was was friendly and professional, made her rounds and didn't get in golfers way.

I was hesitant to take a late start time (10:40), but we had an excellent pace of play. We waited on maybe 1 or 2 holes but we went quick with mostly no delays. Course had just been punched so conditions were as expected.

Here's the deal, I get that courses need to aerate to keep the course in good condition. But GOOD LORD! It felt like I was putting on the beach at Mission Bay. The only green (and we were allowed to play the front nine twice to get our 18 holes in) that was somewhat decent was the 5th hole. Had I have known the conditions of the greens, I would've put a broom in my bag. Good Luck if you are playing here over the next couple of weeks.

This course isn’t worth playing for more than $20. The course conditions are very poor. Dead grass, beat up tee boxes, and sub par greens (very slow). Also, the cart fee is ridiculous. It’s a pretty fun course if you’re not taking it seriously but overall, not a very good course.

Fun course to play. The greens were in decent shape and challenging. Some of the fairways were not in great shape and were being aerated so we could not drive the cart on them. With a little bit more maintenance, this would be a great course to play because it’s hilly. First time I played on this course was in Oct 2015 when I started playing golf. Today, I shot an 88 and broke 90 for the first time. That was cool. Would I play this course again? Absolutely! The photo attached is my tee shot on 18 from the middle tees. Used my fairway wood 3 and landed about 30 feet from the flag. Ended getting a par.

I used tee off to book this reservation for 2 people but when I was at the pro shop, the cashier who was VERY RUDE told me the reservation was not made. And I even showed him that reservation was confirmed through the app. But this guy was saying that since it is not showing on his screen, he can’t do anything about it. And I had to pay $90 for the reservation that I paid $49 for 2 people.

And now tee-off is trying to compensate my cancellation with some promo codes that I can use in the future instead of giving a full refund.

I was really mad because I came from all the way up from Irvine to play at this course and it was the first time ever for my girlfriend to play in the course and this course literally gave us embarrassment and led us pay more than it had to be.

Prepaid this course ar a reasonable walking rate for group of 4 seniors and planned to add carts at course.

I played here before and paid a senior rate of $5 each for cart, but this time the person on desk was rude and stated $15 dollars is the rate or we would have to walk.

Doubt we will return to this below average course, better available at that rate and more civil employees.

Found a decent time on Golfnow paid in full for Hot deal and showed up to the course and it was walking only. Should have mentioned something when booking tee time. Very disappointed!!

Course was in good condition. Play went quickly. Wish golf score was better but that's always my wish.

First of all, we had a good time playing this course. Our issues were with the staff, cart, and amenities. When we arrived for our 12:30pm tee time, we were rudely informed that our tee time was 12:40pm. The person who was paired with us said they had also moved his tee time without informing him. And the guy at the pro shop was pretty rude about it. Next, our cart was a wreck...ripped seats, wobbly wheels, and sounded like it was ready to fall apart. My husband even cut his leg on the torn plastic on the seat of the cart. Finally, the restrooms were closed when we finished our round. That's ridiculous! Just wasn't what we expected...probably another thing to blame on COVID-19...
