Friars/Presidio at Riverwalk Golf Club

Greens were great, but worst fairways I've ever seen anywhere.

The course condition was sub par. A lot of ground unrepair. Moved tee box on number two for reseeding of tee box. I would hit ball in fairway and I would be hitting in dirt or dead grass. Pass of play was 4Hr 48mins on a weekday. I have played way better courses for the price they ask. They need to fix the condition of the golf course.

I had heard great things about this course from some friends. Teed off at 12:10 and was pleasantly surprised by how challenging this course was. Unfortunately, the course is not in great shape right now. Fairways were super dry with a bunch of dirt spots scattered throughout every hole. The greens were very average but had a bunch of unfixed divots. The weather was a redeeming factor because it was excellent conditions with only a fair amount of wind (understandable being so close to the ocean). Maybe this course used to be 4 stars. I feel like that is not longer the case so I'd give it a 2.9 out of 5.

Course is always in decent condition and fun. The greens were a little lumpy, but overall not that bad. No complaints, will come back.

Really nice layout. Not too hard or easy. Patches of dirt on fairway get annoying. Greens are decent. No gps in carts.

Everyone friendly but course was ok conditions. Greens and fairways not ideal but food was good and starter was cool bc he got me a cup of coffee

Had a good time playing here. Pace of play was decent. We were paired up with two cool guys that knew how to play. There were a several holes that had big sections of the fairway under repair, which wasn’t ideal, but is great for the courses future. In a few months it should be in excellent condition.
