Great time love this course every hole is different in the challenge wish I like played with fun group of guys greens were rolling well Oh yeah great Always love the scenery each hole is so different. Oh yeah great hot dog !!

We weren’t told that the fairways were roped off for seeding. They need a lot mor than seeding. Fairway grass was almost non-existent.

However, the greens were in excellent shape.

Maybe it will rain a lot this winter and shape up the fairways.

Tough little golf course.

Had a business trip down to San Diego and decided to get a round in. Found this on Golf Now and the reviews seemed to rate this a good course so gave it a try. Really nice course, challenging and the staff was friendly

Fairways were a little beat up but the greens were very nice

This is by no means a “nice course”. The pictures make it look lush and gorgeous and it may once have been. But it’s in a state of major disrepair.

Relatively fun layout but not nearly worth the $78

The experience has been very consistent. I have enjoyed myself the last few rounds played at Riverwalk.

Very accommodating. The course is in decent shape.

While I believe this course can be a fun outing, there is a noticeable lack of adult supervision. Today I was paired with two gents who not only refused to shut up while I was addressing and playing my ball, but actually walked directly in front of me commencing on hold number 1. I did see a couple Marshall’s out and about but they lacked the spine to actually correct rude behavior and failure to observe even the basic rules of decorum on a golf course.

What truly bothered me was observing a fellow golfer with her chihuahua tethered to her cart and actually complaining about her animal almost being hit by an errant tee shot. What kind of a course allows this type of activity? I know the marshal had to have seen this woman and her dog.

I will not be spending any more of my time or money at this venue until such time as I am convinced the staff has learned the etiquette of the game and agrees to enforce common sense rules on the course. Very unprofessionally managed.
