Island Pointe Golf Club

Love this track. We look forward to this time of the year to play the course. See you next fall.

The 1st choice of course me an my brother and friends want to play. Very nice course and a great challenge for anyone who loves a great round of golf.

Tee time started 15 min late and there was a fivesome two groups ahead of us that took forever. We had to end the round early because we were running late. Slowest I’ve seen in a while

I showed up early to go to the driving range. They did not have any range balls. Then I had a 230 teatime had to wait till 250 to get my golf cart. They were out of carts.

I played the course a couple years ago and it was rough. Never thought I would go back. I was really impressed on the changes. Course is beautiful! Bunkers could use some work but all in all the course is in great shape.

I heard the starter talking to 3 players who were ahead of me who said they had not been to Island Pointe in 3 years or more. I thought to myself, I don’t think I have played here in more than two years either. He said “If it has been 3 years or more, I think you are going to like it and be impressed. Man, was he correct! I started in front of them, at their request, from the teeing area, to the fairway, to the green I was impressed. It was well manicured and looked beautiful. Great improvements and work has been done in the last couple of years here. If you looking for a really nice golf course to play Island Pointe is it!!!

I liked the course and staff was amazing.

I have played this course at least 50 times since it opened. Last time was over a year ago and it was in bad shape. I can honestly say that during todays round all I could say was Wow at almost every hole. The course has never looked better. They have cleared out brush and trees so the course seems more open with even more views of the river. The bunkering is some of the best I have ever seen. The zoysia tee boxes and fairways were perfect as were the greens. What a transformation!!! I just returned from hilton head and payed $135 a round and only spent $40 today and Island pointe blows away those courses in all categories!!

Love the course, a new favorite in the Gatlinburg area. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Starter came around to keep the pace of play moving. Super cool cat made us feel very welcome.

This is a very interesting and enjoyable course. The multiple plays over water and onto islands is somewhat unique. I recommend this course.

This is a great and challenging course. Will definitely play again when I get back to that area.
