Beautiful setting and some really picturesque holes

We came at 4:45pm and nobody was in front of us until hole 16. Two of us played 18 holes in 3 hours and 15 mins. The landscape is really what makes this course special - most holes are in sight of water and the greens were immaculate. Lots of par 3s that could be featured in a golf magazine. A number of blind shots, so if you have not played the course before, it is worth driving up and taking a look ahead.

Scenic, Challenging and Friendly

Was on a road trip with my husband from Chattanooga to Kingsport and stumbled upon Island Pointe when looking for a place to play along our route. We loved the course and the extremely friendly staff. It was obvious that everyone working there from the golf shop staff, to the ranger, to Lindsay at the food truck took pride in the course and wanted us to feel welcome.

Greens can be tricky. Entire course is in excellent condition.

We will be back. This is a special place - don't miss it!

I had not played this course in several years since the name change. It did not disappoint. Greens were perfect! Zoysia fairways are excellent. Very challenging layout, but not intimidating. I highly recommend this course to all levels of players.

Played 3 days and was first one off each day , so pace was no issue. Greens are perfect. Zoysia fairways are great. Friendly and helpful staff. Constantly improving other areas of course. Definitely recommend.

Very Nice Layout!

A lot of very scenic views. Great piece of land the course was built upon. Love the fact the greens weren’t aerated like many of the other area courses. Greens were in great shape. Some of the fairways were in rough condition, but still very playable.

ALWAYS FANTASTIC GOLF EXPERIENCE

Playing here for over 20 years. Only reason 4 Start for conditions was the course was wet with the rain BUT very playable. Greens will get quicker when it dries out. THE MOST scenic course in the area and for under $50 one of the BEST values in the nation for an experience. It is called Island Point for a reason. You will be thrilled with going to play.
