Cimarron Golf Club - Boulder Course

We played with friends. Course was in excellent condition. Our 4-Star rating is only because there are only Port-a-Potties on the course. Otherwise, we will be back and maybe soon!

Course was in great shape. Unless I missed it they need a portapotty on the back 9.

The staff at Cimarron were outstanding. The cart staff greeted us as we entered and got us set with instructions. The pro shop added to the friendly greeting. The starter, Brian, guided us through the course rules and sent us on our way with smiles. When we finished the same cart staff cleaned our clubs and closed the round with humor. Thank you Cimarron.

Generous fairways. Most greens are elevated so use one more club. Fairly flat, even for the desert.

Course was in very good shape. Layout is interesting. Views are incredible. Staff very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Slowish play and green were VERY slow, otherwise all good.

I lost my 4 iron VGT Calloway while I waited to load. Taken or lost it there P Yong

Nice open course. Pace of play a little slow, conditions were nice and shape of course was solid. Took just over 4 hours on a Tuesday afternoon, slower players in front of us. Staff was friendly, enjoyed our round.

Great track in very nice condition. Excellent value for the price. Be sure to check wind conditions prior to booking. Have Fun!

I played here for the first time. The staff were great other than a snaffoo when I checked in. (The lower deck check in sent me direct to the starter and the starter checked me in but the inside person thought I was a no show and gave my spot to a walk-up. I got a free bucket of balls and started my round an hour later.)

The course is good value for money. The layout makes best use of the property but a lot of holes look very similar. I played from the whites, but would definitely play the blues of the blacks next time. Otherwise there is not sufficient challenge/ penalty for a bad tee shot. Course was very busy and we waited on every shot. Just too many groups on the course, including a couple of fives which I really hate.

Greens were GLACIAL SLOW and a real downer for the round. This was exacerbated by the large greens. In many cases you could not swing the putter hard enough. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Decent course. Probably a bit over priced to be honest compared to other courses in the valley of similar quality. Range balls extra…….come on Cimarron. $109 for the round and $10 for just a few range balls !!!!
