Golfer Reviews
Cimarron golf
Friendly people. 4.5 hour round. 1:00 tee time, started play at 1:30, barely finished by 6 pm sunset.
Course is mostly parallel holes with little elevation change. Bunkers are hardpan/concrete. Wash through the course was running water making it unwalkable. Lots of Sandhills everywhere. Greens were in good shape at nice speed without being tricked up.
Don’t let the wind scare you.
So windy to tee off but soon but the wind stopped and the rest of the day was pleasant. Narrow on some fairways if you decide to use driver, lots of small rocks in the sand traps. Nice course with killer views in all directions, well maintained and I’ll be back. Fairways and greens are in very nice condition for our early golf pleasure.
Basic Golf
Conditions average. Layout basic. Good for new golfers. The course is built in a wash. Half of it was closed due to water from recent rain in the mountains. To their credit they gave a good rate for the nine hole limitation. Won’t play there again, though.
Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear your experience was anything short of 5 stars, but we hope you will give us another try in the future. Thank you for choosing Cimarron Golf Club - Boulder Course.
Nice w some problems
Carts were not available at start time. No ice put in cart when ready. Trash left in cart. Sprinklers began while light and we were still playing our round!!!
Great Twilight round
Nice course. Nice Staff. We were playing an afternoon round and a lot of the players were very slow. Not courses fault.
We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. We are going to pass on your feedback to the team. Thanks for visiting Cimarron Golf Club - Boulder Course, and we hope to see you again in the future.

Pretty plain course, a lot of straight holes, back and forth. Course was in average condition. Plenty of other courses with better layouts and value, probably would not play again.

Not a big deal but 20 minutes late at the first tee. Apparently scheduling issues just ahead of us. Too many golfers and they had to split to 2 groups.
Pace of play was good for mid morning. Just over 4 hours.

Crowded
It was two crowded, I had a 2:16 tee time. By time I I got on the course it was after 3:00. I was only able to get in 13 holes before it became to dark. Was unable to get in the full 18..
Thank you for reviewing the course. We apologize for the delay of play during your round. This is by no means the standard we strive to achieve. With that in mind, we are working to best control pace and allow everyone to finish in a reasonable amount of time. We will continue to look for ways to improve. Thank you for playing Cimarron Golf Club - Boulder Course. We hope to see you again soon.
Rain problem
Nice course, but due to the rain the front nine was closed.
Greens nice and true.
Playing it again, hopefully the full 18 holes.

Typical Palm Springs Public Course - Friendly Staff
This course to me was your typical Palm Springs public course, nothing special however the staff were super friendly and informative so I'd say the great staff puts makes this course stand out among the many other peers in the Valley. I wish they had pull carts to rent for out-of-towners who prefer to walk.
Thank you for visiting us at Cimarron Golf Club - Boulder Course. We appreciate your 5-star rating and review. We hope you join us for another round soon!
