Lack of empathy or customer service.
I called the club house and let them know ahead of time our 4th player wasn't going to be able to make it. The guy at the front desk let me know there would be no problem and they still proceeded to charge my card for the missing player 4 days later. Very unprofessional.

Lakewood fairway and green are superb
First 9 was easy and getting ready fir back nine. Most people f Par 4 is challenging .

Booked on line and paid for 2 at the walking rate.
After I paid for a cart my partner went inside to also grab a cart. They charged him full rate even though greens fees were already paid~ an extra 38.50. I couild get no satisfaction even though the problem was clearly explained. Sad.
