Fabulous course

Played here many years ago and don't remember it being this great. Fairways cut perfectly, greens fast and true. Long holes for my game , 27 handicap but my husband off 7 handicap found it a great challenge. We played with a nice chap who knew the course which was helpful with directions. Had a great day, practise facilities looked amazing but it was too hot for us to try them out as not used to the climate.

Great playing conditions

Five sets of tea boxes for every level of play fairways and greens are in very good shape. Well maintained bunkers are excellent piece of play was a little slower than usual 4 1/2 hours. Have played both courses several times never disappointed.

Windy day with firm, speedy greens!

Easter Sunday left the course without much congestion -- my first time at the course, I had the privilege of joining up with a member as two single players, then joined up with a father/daughter combo who'd played the course quite a bit. Condition of the course was above average, and the greens were firm but playable. They rolled true, and made for a good, fun test on breaking/downhill putts!

Do Something!

Our foursome could have played at a four hour pace. We teed off 12 mins late and ended the round in 4:40 hours. Ugh. The cart gps kept telling us to pick it up. What were we to do, hit into the threesome ahead of us on practically every hole? Come in LPGA make good on your threat and push slow golfers along.

Also, Ladies please maintain the restrooms. At the turn the facility was dingy and dirty! Your patrons expect premium facilities to go along with premium prices!

Last round for this trip

My wife and I view The Jones Course as our favorite when we come to the Daytona area. We have been coming to the area when possible for almost 50 years.

Our final round for this year was very enjoyable. We got an excellent "Hot Deal" through Golf Now.

Always look forward to warming up on the world class range.

The course is in great shape. Greens and fairways are excellent. Only knock would be other players not raking the banners.

A wonderful day to end this year's trip.
