LPGA International - Jones Course

Teed off at 1:37pm on a Wednesday. Waited for a cart for 45 minutes while cart guy gave carts coming in to members going to the range. Was late to my tee time from there by 25 minutes. Took 3 hours to play 9 holes, saw the ranger one time on #7 didn’t say a word about pace. Left at the turn and won’t come back.

Got to nag drop at least 20 people waiting for a cart, course was overbooked. Our cart broke down as had 6 or 7 others. Attenders we’re nice but also complained over overbooking. Course is good pace f play was over 4 hours.

Tee time was 1:37, got there at 1:15pm to check in and they were out of carts. Waited til 2pm to get a cart (45min). They’re busy, I get it.

Proceed to number 1, play it in good pace.

Get to number 2, and there are 3 groups on the tee (excluding myself). At least two groups on each tee the remaining holes. Passed a Marshall on #7 and all he says was “beautiful day to wait at least.”

Played the front 9 in a little over 3 hours and left. Will never come back, to either course.

Very nice course, enjoyed the day. Very good condition. Just was a slow day and the ranger didn't seem to want to do anything about it.

Ran out of carts, employee said they had booked 500 rounds for the two courses. Only 189 carts. Did not have to wait past our tee time for a cart but had to walk to driving range which is 250 to 300 yards away. Sand traps had fluffy sand for about 2 inches then hard pan under. Greens and Fairways were excellent, best around. Good layout tough but fair. Wind makes holes into the wind play very difficult.

don't have to worry about damaging golf carts...they are all somewhat damaged.

Played white tees 6300 yards. Course is fairly wide open. Greens are well bunkered. It got very windy in the afternoon which made it play much longer.

Great layout making good use of the natural terrain. Greens and fairways were in great shape.

Great staff. Beautiful course even in winter w/ dormant grass in fairways and rough. Greens well maintained and rolled true. Definitely one of the nicer courses in the area. Over priced, but good deals on GolfNow.

Easier than the Hills course but challenging and in good condition.

Hands down the best golf course in Volusia and Flagler. Play here 1 to 2 times per week and drive 45 minutes to get here. As for the staff today was the worst experience I've ever encountered at any golf course. The cart attendant literally badgered me from the time I walked out of the Club House until I drove to my car to get my gear. He was apparently upset at the fact that multiple people chose not to drop their clubs at the bag drop. At the end of the day this will not stop me from playing this course in the future but management needs to address this with the associates working the carts. I would have rather had this person yell at the top of his lungs hey buddy give me a tip than to literally follow me out in the parking lot badgering me for not using the drop off service!

Played here a number of times. Course (Jo es) was in good shape - better than when I’ve played before. Tee boxes were a bit cut up. Main complaint is course services. On course toilet, water fountains have declined due to lack of maintenance. Carts had broken wheel covers, coolers. On course bar service was poor. You need a cooler / yeti mug (but of course they don’t allow outside F£B. Golf was good value (through golf now) but overall package has slipped

The Jones Course is akway in good condition. Fun but challenging course. Check out clubhouse restaurant after your round.

First time playing here. Prestigious course that never felt pretentious. Wide, forgiving fairways with many bunkers. Large greens that were lightning fast. Extremely well maintained. First class treatment from friendly staff.
