Greens aerated and sanded heavily, tee boxes are chewed up and uneven, fairways hard as a rock and neglected; price remains the same?!

This is a good course; seems like maintenance always stops when the birds start to leave… hmmmm. Give the locals some love!

This course was surprisingly tighter than I expected with a lot more water then I had expected. A tight course layout out with lots of trees on both sides of the fairways or trees and water. Gators and sapper’s were seen on the course. Course was in good shape except for the greens which were punched and sandy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Your greens were just airyaded with lots of sand , tell people about it

Previously the greens have been in great shape and fast. Some greens not in best shape.

Overall, the course is good, but course management needs to pay attention to the small things. No water in ball cleaners, shrubs and grounds need cleaning. Number 10 tee box area looks terrible, with ball cleaner is filthy and falling over. Too me, that is part of the experience

Great place to play if you have 5 hours and 15 minutes. Slooooooow play. Ranger not doing his job. Greens in good shape. Fairways in good shape.

Multiple groups waiting on several tees. 4 groups waiting on par 3 11th. Mo ranger in sight to move things along. This is negligence/apathy by management

People were very friendly. Place was well kept, and the greens were fast.

I thought Lansbroo Oak was an outstanding value. The staff was friendly, and the course was well kept. I would definitely recommend playing this course.

5 hour round with minimum of 2 groups on every hole! No beer cart seen all day for 5 hours! Unsatisfactory for a weekend!

Course conditions were sub par! Fairways were in bad shape, greens were fair but had some bad spots! Sand traps were mostly wet sand!

Overall a bad experience and probably not go back for awhile

Over all course is in good condition and easy to follow. But does have a slower pace of play do to tight teetimes. Would recommend playing and would possibly play again

Greens are fast and soft. The course is in good shape for this dry time of year. Pace of play was slow on the front 9. Overall great tough course to play from blue tees⛳️

Unfortunately because of that it’s very busy & play was slow,!

This is the second time I’ve tried to play this course, first time, about 3 weeks ago, left after 9 holes and 4 hrs (they did give us a refund for 9 holes)

Tried again, first 3 holes , ok , then started to backup, waited at every hole after that.

Nice course played several times last year, never a problem

We teed off prior to our tee time because there were open times on the tee sheet but when we got to #2 tee there were 2 groups on the tee waiting and three groups on the rest of the hole. We waited 20 minutes to tee off. We waited on every tee for at least one group head of us. We were 3 hours on the front nine and over five hours total. There was not a marshal to be seen. The inside counter person, starter and beverage cart gal were the only staff we saw in the five plus hours. They were all friendly. The bunkers were full of footprints and not maintained. The back nine was slightly faster because some of the golfers in front of us quit. I played it before and it was always delayed on the first tee and at least four and one half hours to play. This was the worst yet.
