Nice Course But Needs Work
Hard to believe this course has any course workers.Tee boxes the worst I have ever seen most have no grass just dirt.Greens are weedy and really slow.Fairways are decent. Some type of chemicals put down with no warnings of what it was.We had two different twosomes jump in front of us I don’t know where.Saw no marshals. My recommendation seek another place to play. This place could be a gem but they need a new greens keeper, this guy is not up to the job!!
Great value
For FLA golf this was a great value at $30 for 18 holes. A few tee boxes were a little ragged but overall the course played true. We’d play here again when visiting the Wesley Chapel area.
Greens were in good shape but slow.
The greens were good and holding put putting on them they were really slow. They also looked a little long but that could be due to the time of year and the maintenance schedule for the course. Overall a good experience and I would go back again.
Course in good shape
the course played in under 4 hours , and it was extremely dry after all the rain we had ,We will play this course again !
Good value
This is a good value for the money. Very reasonable for golf in FL in February. The layout is fine. The conditions were ok. There is no practice range and the practice green is small and in worse condition than the greens on the course. But it was an enjoyable round and worth the reasonable green fee.
Pretty Public Course
All in all a good experience but with some frustrations. There was a sign at the beginning of the course that said to not start playing without checking with the starter. However, there was no one in the starter building and we waited as others went in front of us. The course was in pretty good shape but the greens were furry making putting slow. No attendant on the course for drinks/ snacks.
Pebbles
Enjoyed the course, nice layout, turf decent. A few tees somewhat bare, greens slow but course nicer than I remember from a year ago. Starter did a good job
A nice course
The layout and course conditions are good! But that being said like most courses with out a Ranger it gets backed up ! We were slow the whole day! But I will play there again !
Disappointment
There are a couple of reasons my husband and I were disappointed at this golf course. Maybe for some reason they were swamped on that Monday. However, we were disappointed we didn’t get a cart until our teetime. The round took us four hours and 45 minutes with waiting on every hole almost every shot.
Out of towner
Got great reviews of course booked it. The course was wet on #3 but for the most part the course was awesome. Front 9 was not too bad but once u get the back 9 oh the strategy was needed. Blind dog legs, long 16th and 18th was massive.
Would play here again anything. Did not to bad on the front dropped strokes on the back. Not bad for 85 for the day.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The course was in good shape. The fairways were thin did not set your ball up in the fairways. For a sweeper of the ball it was difficult. It seemed the greens were faster on the front than on the back.
But overall we liked the layout.
Slow golfers trying to beat the rain
we had slow golfers in front con't finish the last two holes before the rain.
