First impressions upon check in, meh...

Why have a guy working the front counter to check you in and his attitude was like he didn't want to be there. Jeez, put him in the back or better yet, give him a rake and go rake the bunkers, they need it.

Grass range was decent, the uphill grade was different, but a nice warm up facility.

Course layout was nice, some really nice holes, a lot elevation changes, interesting...

Greens held nicely, rolled pretty quick depending on what side of the undulations you were on.

Where was the Marshall ?!? POP was SLOW...4 some ahead terribly slow, didn't even let a 2 some play through, dudes were waiting every hole. Come on man learn some etiquette, plus they were @ 3 holes behind, unbelievable...

Oh well...the restaurant was very efficient, quick bite at the turn was impressive. Great service, better attitude.

Hidden Valley is a great course with all types of golf holes. Long and short par 3s, 4s and 5s. Elevated tee boxes and uphill tee shots required. Really fun overall. Pace of play was great for a Wednesday even though the group in front of us got their cart stuck in a bunker on hole one. The only thing that was tough was that all the greens had sand on them after being aerated but we weren't notified. Approach shots and putting were a complete kaleidoscope. Every course has to do it, totally understand, and it won't keep me from coming back but was tough when you don't know until you get to the practice green.

From beginning to end always a great experience at hidden valley. Check in was very professional and highly informative.

Course is well maintained and challenging.

Premium is placed on short game skills and putting.

Course is fun to play but for the weekend/holiday rates are not worth it. $40 more than weekday and the greens are in poor condition

This is a very nice course but it took us 5 hours to play and we didn’t even finish! There is no Marshall to keep the pace of play. This is a difficult course to play so we were waiting for people who are determined to find their ball in the mountains. First time I ever had to call the pro shop on a group just to find out they don’t have a Marshall to get on them. Very disappointed, with it being such a nice course. Also there was no cart girl.

Great course if you like hills and different elevations. The green are super fast to the point of having you talking to yourself.

The course itself is in good condition, but the pace of play was way too slow due to too many players on the fields. They need to better coordinate the schedules.

It’s a great golf course but, they need to be better with the golf carts. We saw 3 or 4 people having problems with their golf cart. We played with very nice couple and, they had problems with the golf cart at the front 9 , they changed their cart when we got at the 9 hole and they kept having problems with the new cart. Please do something about it. This is a great golf course.

Beautiful course, great layout, Very challenging. Greens are fast but receptive.

Great course for the money. We played after a week of rain and the course was in relatively good condition. Great views of the mountains and rad layout. My friends and I would definitely play here again.

Course was built on mountain, well maintained and lay out very well .I live IN Chicago area, whenever I visited and I have payed and enjoyed with my wife. When played you can enjoy scenery view on mountain. I will play again whenever possible.

I enjoyed the course and the views from many holes were incredible. My only complaint, a few holes were gimmicky and without playing before, make it difficult to play them well.
