The aptly named Hidden Valley Golf Club feels secluded set between two large hillsides, amongst carefully preserved boulder outcroppings, ravines, and an abundance of native flora and fauna. The challenging layout demands accuracy and it will also test your shot-making skills. Golfers should expect to utilize every club in their bag. The golf course features tight fairways lined with mature trees, tricky doglegs, and multi-tiered greens that can be difficult to read. The rolling terrain also promises difficult uphill and downhill lies. Bunkers are strategically placed throughout and there is water on a few holes. A windy day adds yet another formidable element to the challenging design. The diverse layout has a mix of difficult par 3s, reachable par 5s, and a few birdie opportunities. Hidden Valley Golf Club will definitely test your skills, but five sets of tees make the course more approachable to a wide range of skill levels.

Could be a bad day

The employees where very short and rude. We got there at 12:15 and had a tee time at 1 we couldn’t get a cart because they are short so we couldn’t go practice putting. The course in is nice shape and a hard but fun course to pay. We had a situation where are cart dies around 14th hole so we kept slow going turning it off and. On in the hills was no fun. We called the clubhouse and no answer and sent message via tv on cart and we got no luck. We needed up trying to get the cart back but we have up on pushing it and we just walked back to club house. After we spoke to person to let them know about the troubles we just had he didn’t care at all no empathy or even words. He just said here’s a discount card bye!

I will never play hers again. It’s a straight up money grab. 6 1/2 hours to play. 3-4 groups on every hole. They allow 5 some s Tee’d of at 10:30am barely finished before dark. Many groups behind us quit

TERRIBLE PACE OF PLAY/NO MARSHALL

The pace of play was terrible. There was no Marshall to address any issues with groups playing too slow. We had or tee time at 12:10pm on a Thursday and was not able to finish the round. Also, the carts are terrible because they have a governor on them that slows them down going down hill and going uphill to about 1-2 mph, so it takes for ever to get to the next hole. Overall it was poor value for the money because of the pace of play and not being able to finish the round.
