Gatlinburg Golf Course

Course layout is challenging yet fun the greens need work lots of dead spots pace of play was what I expected made the turn for the marshal to tell us we're behind play pace only to catch up to 4 different groups on hole 11 all in all you paying for the luxury of being 5 minutes from Dollywood great views throughout

Got a good deal which is why we got good value for our money but this won't become a favorite course.

Greens are in pretty rough shape although they roll fairly smooth. There are a lot of blind shots (not a favorite) and the number of cart path only holes/areas seemed excessive and not really required.

The course has amazing elements but it is beautiful everywhere you look. Only got to play nine but will be back to play all 18. Love the elevations changes and very challenging, but don't be intimidated.

As a tourist the pace of planes terrible, folks giving lessons on the course. No rangers in action. The back 9 almost all the greens were in terrible shape. Maybe come back in October so they can fix this course and get their staff to leave the clubhouse and go work on the course

This is always a fun course to play while enjoying the scenery. Disappointed with the spotty greens this trip.

Paired up with 3 random golfers and had a great experience. Front nine is more open, while the back nine accuracy is required.

Not a long course, but get out of position and it will play long. The 12th hole was every bit as breathtaking as advertised.

Staff was very friendly, also - from the pro shop to the starter (listen to his advice on how to play the course) to the food crew - nothing but class.

Can't wait to play this course again the next time I come to Gatlinburg!

I played as a single and tried a couple of times to pair myself up with one of the twosomes on the course. My attempts were unsuccessful, so I played a couple of balls off the tee and played a relaxing round on a picturesque course. Elevation changes, tight fairways, longer-than-expected holes made for an enjoyable round. This is a course I would play again.

Played here many many times in the 80’s and it was the most expensive course in the area - well worth paying the extra!!! The entire course was pristine.

The layout hasn’t changed which is awesome - there are so many holes that are memorable - the 12th being the most.

My biggest complaint is the greens need a lot of attention - too many rough patches to putt through. Not sure how you keep up with all of the ball marks due to high play - maybe the starter could educate everyone to repair ball marks and rake the bunkers (only one rake per bunker - annoying). Also, maybe provide a ball marks repair device since the price is so high (or lower the price and let everyone know of the conditions).

You do have watch out for other golfers in adjoining fairways - our golf cart got hit three times!!! Luckily no one was hit directly. I am assuming that some of the trees are missing that may have prevented this.

The 12th hole is absolutely amazing!! I would definitely place this course again!!

Pace of play was an issue. Seemed like they have tee times closer together but overall a well managed course. Would recommend hole 12 was awesome.

Course layout is fun elevated green and tee boxes, so fun

Overall condition was good greens still healing from a aeration and some dead spots not bad enough to really affect much

You are going to walk,a lot even with a cart.

Which leads to the but..5 hours to play and we were never not waiting on the tee box. In most cases this would be total turn off to never play it again, this course is the exception for me. The layout is that fun and punishing.

Great people, layout and experience. Course was in great condition for anytime, let alone mid July. Great time out with family and time well spent even for the price. Got a good deal on Golf now and saved big time. Perfect outing.

Front 9 was just OK. Back 9 was more interesting. Cart path only on many holes, so lots of walking.

Great coarse. Loved it. Pace of play was slow. Had to wait over 30 minutes at 2 tee boxes. It's just Gatlinburg. I will definitely go back
