Gatlinburg Golf Course

The course is beautiful and the holes are challenging and fun. I am a novice golfer, at best, and was able to play well and challenge myself from the white tees. The carts are nice. There is no driving range, but there is a chip/putt area and some warm up nets. The clubhouse is clean and accommodating. The staff is friendly. The conditions are very wet right now and they are doing maintenance on some areas to remedy this. But the layout and scenery make up for any bald spots. The price is reasonable. I'll be going back.

I loved the layout of the course. A couple of holes are tricky, after playing one time you will remember where to lay up. Course is well maintained.

This course is unbelievable it has fairways that funnel between sides of the mountain and drops in elevation. One par 3 your tee shot takes longer to fall down to the green than it takes to travel distance. Just so pretty.

I play this course 3-4 times each time I am in Tennessee. Favorite course period. Friendly service in clubhouse. Course is always in great shape Challenging but fair course. Hole 12 is a must see as their signature hole.

Beautiful course, nice scenery. Pro Staff friendly, ground crew hardworking to make the course look as it does.

Course was wet .course will be nice when dry will play again.

Staff was very rude. Bad attitude and wouldn’t even look at us when we were trying to talk. Poor manners. Would never come back only because of the rude staff.

Felt rushed by people. Faiways are small to be in such a hurry.

While we did enjoy playing our first outing of the year, we were very disappointed in the staff and facility’s offerings. It was busy but no food on site aside from vending machine fare. Was told they didnt expect the traffic. Then told to hurry up even though there were no golfers behind us.

Played course In early season. Fairways were rough but expect that for February .. greens were ok. Over all I would play there again.

Great mountain course with awesome elevation changes. Played course end of January 2020 and course was extremely wet. We had the whole course to ourselves so pace of play couldn't have been any better. Will definitely return to play again.

I played unbelievably well. Was it because of the course layout? No (although it was dope). I was so at peace with my mind, I didn’t even care what I shot. Beautiful, mind blowing scenery (coming from a midwestern). I tied the best score of my life which was a 77. Highly recommend!!!

I mainly chose this course because of location, and the special price online. Normal price was $65 for 18 holes, but there was a price special for $40 at 11:20 AM on their website. We could’ve went to Sevierville just down the road for $45, but since we stayed at the RiverStone, and got the special price, we chose Gatlinburg. The GPS equipped carts are really cool. It provided a course overview and electronic scoring. The guy in the clubhouse was nice. The grounds-keepers were very considerate to stop and shut off the equipment if nearby when teeing off.

My biggest complaint is that they did not allow any carts on the fairway on ANY hole. We even asked for an exception because my father-in-law, 76, is a disabled veteran who is a leg-amputee, and they still said no.

Interesting layout . Lots of hills and slopes. Hidden greens. Good variety of shots needed.
